He felt embarrassed. “You didsomething out of kindness, why are you so embarrassed by it?” Sage teased him as she glanced athis soaked shirt, “Go get changed before you get ill.” Jim touched his shirt and said nonchalantly,“It's fine, it'll dry up in a minute.” Sage kept quiet. Meanwhile , Hunter walked in with two shoppingbags, “Miss Sage, I've got the clothes.”

Sage signaled a sign and Hunter immediately stuffed the bags in Jim's arms, “Miss Sage orderedthese for you. It should fit you perfectly, go try it on.” Jim looked at the shirts in the bags and said,“Miss Sage?” Sage said lightly, “Go get changed quickly, its time to get to work.” “How much was it?I'll transfer it back to you.” Right when Jim was about to take out his phone, he found anotherlollipop in his pocket.

Sage laughed again as she looked at the lollipop. She grabbed it from his hands and said, “I'll takethis in exchange for the shirts.” “No, I can't...” Hunter knew Sage was in a bad mood today. So hequickly dragged Jim upstairs before Sage got upset again. “I bought you clothes from the outletstore, it wasn't expensive. Plus you were so brave today, just take these shirts as a reward from MissSage,” Hunter said as they went up.

He continued, “You're her grand disciple, it's normal for her to buy you a few things here and there,you don't have to be awkward about it.” Hunter pushed Jim into the changing room. Sage carefullypeeled off the wrapping paper and stuffed her mouth with the lollipop. It tasted sweet. After awhile, Jim walked down the stairs in a fresh new set of clothing Hunter always had good taste inclothes, and he chose something casual and simple for Jim. It was a tangerine tee with a cream-colored Bermudas and he looked bright and fresh. Of course, Jim having a nice build played a rolein it too. He could wear a garbage bag and head straight to Paris Fashion Week as a model. Sagelooked up and down and was finally satisfied, “You look good.”

Jim's face was bright red again. They immediately got down to work. Sage was strict as usual withJim's cooking skills. He forgot to blanch the vegetables the first time, and the dish tasted weird.Sage immediately sent it back to the kitchen, Jim was half scared to death when that happened, sohe immediately started cooking the

second time with much more caution.

It was perfectly set the second time. Jim sighed with relief and turned into a bright smile as Sagenodded in satisfaction.

The customers were not the bit least bothered by the rain. Some of them came in to hide from therain and bought drinks while waiting for the rain to subside. The restaurant front was lackingmanpower and it seemed extremely chaotic. Therefore, Sage took off her chef uniform and went tohelp.

Her appearance attracted even more attention, and the atmosphere became even more enthusiasticthan before. After all, Sage could never keep a low profile with that pretty face of hers.
