Chapter 536 Luther arranged for his men to get ready near the Looming branch. When the twenty-four hours were up, they would catch her as soon as Sienna came out!

Just after he hung up on the call, Sage looked at the screen with a frown. “How'd he get in there?”"Who?" Luther looked over and stared in amazement, “what the h*Il is going on? How did Jace getin there?”

In the interrogation room, Sienna was busy playing with the officers and evading their questions.Then, her eyes suddenly met Jace's eyes.

She stiffened at once. “J-Jace...” Sienna did not know if Jace heard everything she said earlier. Shebecame very nervous and wanted to stand up. Cole snapped, “Sit down! Sit down! Did I allow you tomove?” “Cole?” Sienna sat down hesitantly, “why are you here too?”

Cole looked at Sienna coldly and held back tons of expletives. Just as he was about to speak, Jaceturned to him and said softly, “Hey, don't give her a hard time. Let me talk to her alone.”

His voice was low and deep with a hint of pleading tone.

Sienna’s eyes flickered as she stared at Jace at a loss.

Luther's eyes went wide. “What does Jace mean by that? Is he there to get her out of here?”

Sage stared at the screen in silence and said nothing.

Cole glared at Sienna and cursed, “Jace, you're not sick, are you? Why are you begging me for awoman like her? Jace, where did your pride go? Why are you fighting with your family for her? Isshe worth it?”

Jace turned back and looked at Sienna for a moment. His gaze at that moment was deep withemotions, yet helpless.

Jace said, "You're not the one who decides if it's worth it or not. It's on me.”

Cole was speechless.

Luther exploded. “F*ck! It's f*king disgusting! Does he want more trouble? Does he want to getcheated on more? Why can't he let go of this homewrecker b*tch? Why bother coming to you andshow his attentiveness?” Sage frowned. “Enough! Stop yelling! You're too noisy.” Luther pointed tothe screen. “Look at his pleading look. Arent you angry?” “It's not my business. He can do whateverhe wants. Why do I have to be mad about it?” Sage looked forward to the show. “I'd like to see howfar he could go.” “Jace...” Sienna looked at Jace with teary eyes. She was grateful and touched by hisaffection. She wanted to jump into his arms and kiss him right away.

A proud man like Jace was willing to beg others to help her. He even pleaded by helping the otherparty to light his cigarette.

Sienna felt touched and was proudly pleased. Just look at him. Jace still loved her. She was soimportant to him. How could Sage easily threaten her importance to him? The woman Jace lovedthe most could only be her! Cole took the officers out and specifically told them, “Turn off thesurveillance.” Then, he urged Jace, “Make it short.”
