I met Dave towards the end of the school year. He was new to the area and he so happened to move in next door to me. Quickly we became friends. We were so different, but strangely alike. Dave was that next door neighbor, best friend for years, deep down bad boy in hiding type. Not usually the kind of guy I hung out with. There was so much more to him then the obvious appealing appearance. Needless to say I fell for him. When I fell, I fell hard. He always had me laughing. Doing things that normally I wouldn't do if my life depended on it. It was all new, and it was kind of strange. I don't know what about him sparked the changes in me, or caused these feelings to be awakened, but I liked it. All I know is that when he moved in the house next door to mines, my life changed. Was it really for the better or would it end up being for the worse? This is our story. The story of how one guy managed to change one girl. Surprisingly it all started with a few dogs.
