Flirting With My Ex-husband -
Chapter 573
Although far from the crowd, they were still at the beach. Some people occasionally strolled past them.
The lively music and people's voices came from afar. The sound of waves lapping the reefs was clear. Scarlett's heart pounded.
Raymond had just let go of her when a couple walked over.
There was no light here. It was dark. They couldn't see each other clearly in the moonlight.
Scarlett glanced at Raymond, pinching him in the waist. "Shameless!"
Raymond looked down at her. His eyebrows twitched. "We're not having an
affair."
How could she say he was shameless?
Scarlett chuckled. "Raymond!"
He kissed her in public. Wasn't he unashamed?
Seeing her pretending to be angry, Raymond smiled, his eyes crinkling. He took her soft hand with his big palm. "Then can I kiss you after we go back?"
Scarlett laughed with resignation. "Aren't you afraid of my grandfather?"
As he thought of Rowan, Raymond's passion calmed down.
To be honest, Rowan kept staring at them like that. Raymond felt like he and Scarlett were having an affair.
It was late. Scarlett yawned. The beach was still very lively, but she was a little drowsy.
Raymond glanced down at her. "Let's go back." "Okay."
Scarlett followed him back to the hotel.
At seven o'clock the next morning, the alarm clock went off. Scarlett opened her eyes.
The sunlight outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was strong. She could see it through the tightly closed curtains.
After Scarlett and Raymond finished their breakfast, Rowan returned from a walk along the beach with his assistant.
Early in the morning, seeing his granddaughter standing with Raymond, Rowan was unhappy. "Scarlett."
Scarlett looked at Raymond before walking over to Rowan. She smiled slightly."
Grandpa, have you seen the sunrise?"
The sun rises early in summer. She couldn't wake up at 5 a.m.
Rowan was different. He went back to his room before eight o'clock last night and fell asleep before nine.
Aged people slept less. It was not difficult for him to get up at five o'clock in the morning.
Scarlett arranged a room facing to the east for Rowan so that he could see the sunrise. As long as he opened the curtains, Rowan would see the beautiful sunrise between the sea and the sky out the floor-to- ceiling windows.
"Yes, it's great!"
Rowan got up before dawn. After washing up, he sat on the balcony. A moment later, the sun was rising.
He took pictures of it.
Thinking of this, Rowan hurriedly took his phone out to share the photos with Scarlett.
But unfortunately, Rowan knew nothing about exposure or white balance. The sunrise photos were overexposed. They were blurry, failing to record the spectacular sunrise.
"I'm not good at it. Scarlett, if only you had taken photos of the sunrise."
Scarlett was a bit embarrassed. "I woke up late, Grandpa."
The assistant said hesitantly, "Mr. Tank, I took some pictures. Shall I send them to you?"
Rowan wanted to show off in front of his friend after going back. As soon as he heard this, his attention was caught by the assistant.
Scarlett smiled faintly. Her hand at her side was suddenly touched by someone.
She looked up. Raymond was standing beside her. He took her hand while Rowan was not looking.
Seeing that Rowan was about to turn around, Scarlett subconsciously wanted to pull her hand back. Yet when she was trying to do so, Raymond had already let go of her hand.
