From Here to Ecstasy
Chapter 10 - Eye Candy

Recap:

I felt her move as she tried to slap me. I grabbed her hand and broke every bone in her wrist and hand. She screamed and started crying. “You are not to touch anybody. If I hear you have raised your hand to anyone or spit on anyone I will make an example out of you. Are we clear?” I asked as I looked her straight in the face.

She nodded her head and looked at Micah. “Baby, are you going to let her talk to me this way?”

Haley’s POV

I looked at the women with us and rolled my eyes, waiting on Micah to say something. I saw him shudder and open his mouth, but Griffith surprised me. He growled at the slut. “You will not touch my sisters, your Beta females! You will not touch anyone here! You will leave Beta Micah alone. And, you will not try your shit on me either! I’m your Alpha and I won’t stand for you hurting or talking shit ever again! Do you understand me, Alexia?”

She bowed her head even more. “Yes, Alpha. I will not hurt anyone or mess with you and Beta Micah. I’m to leave the Beta females alone, too. I promise I won’t do anything.”

“Go, before I change my mind and have you locked in the cells or set you in the challenge ring for challenging my sister, your Beta female,” Griffith told her as he rubbed his head and turned to go to his office with our mate.

Alexia ran out of the packhouse as I snickered. I turned to the women and noticed they were trying not to laugh. “Ready to go? I want to get out of here before some slut or bitch tries something with me. I’m sure everyone feels the same way.”

They nodded their heads and we walked out of the packhouse. I looked over at Autumn and shrugged my shoulders, knowing she wanted to teleport. It was easier and quicker, plus, we could teleport our bags to the house and put them away, too.

“Winter and I are going to teleport us to the outskirts of the village, okay?” I asked, looking over the women to see if they were hesitant. I could see a smile on their faces. I guess they were excited to teleport.

We teleported to the outskirts of the village, making sure we were invisible. As soon as we looked around to make sure we weren’t going to be seen we took the invisible spell away.

“That was cool,” Josey whispered, making sure no one else heard her.

I laughed as I looked at a few green faces. “It’s not for everyone but it gets easier. My name is Winter and my sister’s name is Autumn. You will need to use our names here or anytime. We won’t mind, but, if we are around other Alpha’s make sure to add the Beta in front of our names, okay?”

They nodded and told us their names, but we already knew them. We didn’t say anything about knowing them. We didn’t want to freak them out. I liked them a lot. They were kind and personable people. Their wolves were the same. I could tell some of them had not been able to let their wolves out to run because of the stupid shits who ordered them not to. Their wolves were beaten down and needed healing. I would have to get with Kaley to help them.

We shopped at a few stores, the women getting things they needed for personal hygiene. When I asked them why they weren’t buying anything for their rooms I almost let out a huge growl.

Hell no!

These women were not staying in the cells. Who puts someone in a cell for a bedroom? Who would treat anyone who cooked and cleaned for them? I was mad as hell and ready to dig up the idiot Alpha's and kill them all over again. I would talk with Griffith when we got back.

I took them to different stores, telling them to get what they liked. They were hesitant at first, but they finally cut loose and had a good time. They bought things they had wanted for a while. Sheets, towels, blankets, and curtains. Every time they would pick something up, they ask Kaley or me if it was okay. I noticed they were buying things on sale. I wanted to shake my head at them, but this was their first outing and I didn't want to upset them.

I saw a store I liked and went to walk into it, but was cut off by Josey telling me I didn’t want to go into the store. She explained the woman was a bitch. We will see about that. I didn’t care if she was a bitch or not.

I opened the door to the store and we all walked in. I wanted to get a few items for me and I wanted the women to get some clothes for themselves. I had money and I didn’t mind sharing it with the women. They had been without for so long.

“What are you doing in my store, Josey,” a woman sneered as she stared at all of us.

I could tell she was a wolf and there was no one else in the store. If I was anyone else I wouldn’t want to work for her either. I felt Josey cling to the back of my shirt as she shook. The woman looked me up and down.

“Do you know who the new Alpha is? I wouldn’t mind a piece of that eye candy. I heard he’s yummy and single.” She waited for me to say something. “Are you deaf, slut, or just stupid?”

I raised my eyebrows as the women gasped. I looked her up and down, taking in her clothing. She had on a super short skirt, heels that could kill someone, a see-through blouse, one that was tied up and showing her stomach. Her bra was a water bra, one that pushed her boobs up almost to her chin. “From where I’m standing you look like the slut. How can you wear something so nasty to work? Oh, and eww. Do all of you women sleep with someone who's not your mate?"

She came around the corner and stood close to me. I felt Joey pull on my blouse. “Beta Haley, can we just go.”

“Beta!” The woman shrieked, causing all of us to cover our ears. “You’re the Beta female? I was supposed to be the Beta female. That’s my mate you’re talking about. I heard he was just appointed as the Beta.”

I chuckled darkly as she breathed hard. “You rejected him for someone of higher rank. He’s ours now.”

“Ours?” She asked, a confused look on her face.

I looked at Autumn and nodded my head. “He’s ours. Keep your hands off our mate,” Winter and I said at the same time.

She looked between us and started laughing. “He hasn’t even marked you yet. I still have time to take him away from you.”

I rolled my eyes at her stupidity. “Sure,” I sarcastically said as I folded my arms across my chest. “I don’t see it happening. And, why weren’t you at the meetings? The Alpha, our brother, called everyone.”
