His Destructive, Toxic Love

In their second year of marriage, everything turns sour. Casper, madly in love with someone else, causes catastrophe in Eliza's family - her dad dies, her mom lands in a coma, and her brother replaces himself in a mental hospital. Worst of all, he takes from her the ability to become a mom.

In a twist of fate, Eliza gives her own blood to try and save Casper's sickly grandpa, but tragically, she doesn't make it and dies too soon.

Yet, three years later, Eliza surprisingly returns - this time, happily married to someone else and even has a beloved child. Casper, having seen this, is engulfed with jealousy and challenges her, "So you've had my baby and now you're with another man? I won't stand for that."

Faced with his bitterness, Eliza stands her ground, "I quit loving you a long time ago, Casper."

On the edge of despair, he pleads with her, "These papers aren't signed yet, so you're still my wife, Eliza. Please, give me another chance."
