Anthony’s POV

Grace had just walked off. Once she got far enough away we couldn’t see her over the tree tops. “Well I think you both need to apologize to Grace when she comes back.” Melody said with a stern look on her face. ‘Huh? Why would I need to apologize. It is this troll’s fault. He is claiming what is mine.’ I thought to myself. ‘No it is your fault too.’ Louis said. I was shocked. ‘What do you mean? Are you ok with this troll being near our mate?’ I asked him. ‘If Tristan is her mate too, then I see no reason to exclude him. Though you and him have to come to terms with the mate bond. I will not be happy with either of you if you continue to hurt Grace just because you two are opposed to sharing.’ Louis snapped before he blocked me.

“Tristan if you and Anthony are both her mates then you need to both be with her.” Alpha Jasmine spoke more to Tristan, but looked at me from time to time. “You should not fight each other about who Grace belongs to if she was fated to both of you. Giants normally are not fated to other creatures, so she will be confused on how to handle this as well.” She said. “But your fighting over her is not going to help anyone.” Melody growled out. “Mel is right.” King Drake added. “Luca, Jeremiah and I have had our own disagreements, but we work through them together. Melody needs and wants all three of us, and from the k**s earlier, Anthony, Grace wants you too.” “But fighting over her is only going to hurt her.” King Jeremiah added. Tristan and I looked at each other. It was true. If she was matched with both of us, then we should both be with her. Not making her feel like she has to pick and choose between us.

After about an hour, we felt the thumps of Grace’s footsteps come back towards the pack house. She was walking back and had something in her hands. She got to the tree line and lowered her hands down. Sabrina and Shianna both hopped down from her hands. Grace was smiling at them and they returned with a smile of their own. “Parker, could you?” Grace asked and Parker nodded. He pulled out a small beaker of pink liquid inside and started chanting something in a low voice. The liquid turned green and he handed the beaker to Robin. Robin then flew up to Grace’s head and poured the potion into her mouth. After a few minutes Grace began to shrink until she was the same size she was before the whole challenge started. “Um Grace, could you, Tristan, and I talk in private?” I ask her. She looks between me and Tristan and nods. The three of us walk over to the other side of the yard.

Tristan’s POV

What the others said was true. It was unfair of us to make Grace feel as if she had to choose between the two of us. Though I am still on the fence about sharing my mate with another male. I have never heard of anyone of my kind sharing a mate. Whatever this was, I wanted Grace and if that meant I had to share her with Anthony, then so be it. I wanted her to be happy. “Grace Melody and her mates talked to us after you left.” Anthony started. “We were a*s holes for makeing you feel like you had to choose between the two of us.” I added. “We’re sorry.” Anthony and I said in unison. The only difference between our apologies was that I had bowed my head to Grace while Anthony just looked at her.

“Apology accepted, and since we are all new to this whole mate thing between the three of us… how about we take things slow?” Grace suggested. Anthony and I smiled and nodded at her. She walked up closer to us and hugged Anthony first and gave him a small k**s on the cheek. Then she came over to me and gave me my own hug and k**s. This was going to be a learning experience for all of us, but Anthony and I agreed that Grace comes first.
