Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 1096: Bring the woman
As soon as the butler saw Lisa enter, he immediately greeted her, "Madam, what brings you here? Mr Bergerian is not here."
His tone was a little urgent.
Lisa couldn't help but smile, a sarcastic smile, "Butler, what are you so nervous about?"
The butler's eyes fluttered, "I ... am not nervous about anything."
"Are you?"
Lisa crossed over to him and walked inside, her eyes searching around as if for something.
Finally, she sat down on the living room sofa, her legs folded and her body sinking back into it as she raised her head and ordered without comment, "Bring the woman." "That... is difficult," said the butler.
Mr Bergerian had already told him that if Mrs. Lisa came, she must not be allowed into the villa.
But now, Mrs. Lisa had come in and asked to see the Scandinavian woman by name.
If he did what Mrs. Lisa said, Mr. Bergerian would not spare him.
But how was he going to deal with Mrs. Lisa?
Lisa saw him standing still with a headache on his face and said with a smile, "What? Do you want me to go upstairs and see her myself?"
"No." The butler's face was piled with a pleasing smile, "Madam, sir has explained that no one can see that woman, so please forgive me, I can't bring her to you."
"No one is to be seen?" Lisa snorted lightly, "What is she, a big shot or a fragile object? I can't believe I can't see anyone."
"No, she's Professor Curry's experiment." The butler explained.
"So?" Lisa asked gently.
"So..." The housekeeper was momentarily at a loss for an answer.
"I don't care if she's an experiment or what, I have to see her today!" Lisa was very determined.
Just the thought of the Bergerian hiding a woman here was like a large stone weighing down on her heart and clogging it up. "Carl."
"Madame." Carl came over and bowed his head respectfully.
"You go up and bring the man down to me." Lisa ordered.
"Yes."
Carl led the way and was about to head upstairs.
"You can't go up there!" The butler stopped him as he said to Lisa, "Ma'am, aren't you afraid of displeasing Monsieur by doing this?" Upset Bergerian?
Lisa smiled coldly, "He was the one who upset me by hiding a woman in the first place, so why should I be afraid?"
"Madam."
The butler was anxious, if he really let Carl go up and bring someone down, then he would not be able to answer to Mr Bergerian. But what on earth was to be done?
Right.
The butler suddenly had a flash of light and blurted out, "That woman is infected with a terrible virus, it wouldn't be good if she got infected." Lisa's face instantly changed at that.
"Madam, you must not be impulsive." The housekeeper saw this and hurriedly advised.
"Fine, I won't let Carl go up, then you go up and bring her down."
Lisa still didn't give up.
The butler felt powerless, "Ma'am, isn't it just as dangerous to bring someone down?"
He was right, the woman had a virus on her and it would be bad if she got infected.
"Then..." Lisa thought seriously, "go and take a picture for me, I want to see what she looks like."
She was just desperate to know if this woman, was a threat to her or not.
"Madam, I ..."
Seeing the housekeeper looking embarrassed again, Lisa sank down, "Can't you even do that?"
The housekeeper was not good enough to say no, for fear that if she really pissed her off later, she would go upstairs to see the Scandinavian woman in spite of everything. "Okay, I'll shoot this."
The butler turned and ran upstairs.
Lisa grunted, "Why are all the dogs Bergerian keeps so loyal?"
Eloise sat on the bed hugging her legs, her eyes staring blankly ahead.
She was locked in here, without a mobile phone, completely cut off from the outside world.
If she kept this up, she'd go crazy before she got out.
No.
She sat up straight and turned her head to look at the closed door of the room.
She had to replace a way to get out.
Just then, the door opened in.
She thought it was Bergerian and was about to lift the blanket and hide inside.
Who knew it was the housekeeper who came in.
"Miss Eloise," the housekeeper said, smiling at her politely.
Eloise asked in a cold voice, "What's the matter, did Bergerian ask me to have dinner with him again?"
"Monsieur left here last night and will not be back for a short time."
At the butler's words, Eloise's heart leapt with joy, "He won't be back for a while?"
"Yes."
Great!
Eloise clenched her fists and breathed a secret sigh of relief.
"Miss Eloise, may I have permission to take a picture?" The butler raised the phone in his hand.
"Take a picture?" Eloise frowned, "What are you going to do?"
"Her Ladyship would like to see it." The butler answered truthfully.
"Madame ...," Eloise's eyes rolled, "is that Bergerian's wife?"
"Yes."
"She's here?"
"Yes, downstairs."
Whatever Eloise asked, the butler answered truthfully.
Eloise glanced behind him at the wide open door of the room and a quick thought flashed through her mind and she suddenly exclaimed, "Ah, there's a mouse!" The butler thought it was true and looked around, "Where are the rats?"
"Over there." Eloise pointed in the direction of the bathroom.
The housekeeper hurried over to it.
Eloise took the opportunity to pull her legs out and run.
"Where is it?"
The butler didn't spot the mouse and turned his head to ask Eloise, only to replace her running away.
His face instantly changed and he hurried out after her.
Eloise had just run to the ground floor when she was immediately surrounded by people.
They were all tall foreign men, and she was no match for a thin woman.
"This villa is quite big." She piled on a smile and shook her hand, "Just so I can run around the villa during the week and get some exercise."
"Miss Eloise, what are you doing?" The housekeeper hurried up to her.
"Me?" Eloise smiled, "I'm exercising. It's weird and stuffy being cooped up in my room all the time."
"You will go to your room now, immediately." The butler glared at her with a sullen face, a change from his earlier politeness.
Eloise threw up her hands, "Yes, I'll go to my room now."
As she turned, the smile on her face instantly withdrew and her eyes turned stern.
It didn't look like it was going to be that easy to get out.
"Wait."
Just as she lifted her foot to take a step out, a delicate female voice suddenly rang out. The butler cried out.
She hadn't wanted Mrs. Lisa to see Eloise, but now Eloise was going to have to do it.
Eloise withdrew her foot and turned her head to follow the sound.
Only to see a fair-skinned, beautiful foreign woman standing not far away.
"I thought the virus was contagious, why aren't any of you afraid?" Lisa looked at the people surrounding Eloise with a sneer on her face.
The butler laughed dryly, "Madam, actually..."
"Shut up!" Lisa barked sternly, unceremoniously looking Eloise up and down, her pretty face unabashedly showing contempt, "Average looking, average body, not the type Bergerian would like."
