Chapter 1606: Another Brother!

Once the plane landed, the two headed straight to the hospital.

When they arrived, Aisly was not yet in the delivery room, she was in good shape, only in pain, but otherwise she was able to talk and laugh with her family, and even ate a lot. Aisly was a little surprised to see the two of them, "Brother, sister-in-law, why are you guys so fast? I thought I was going to have to finish having the baby before you guys came back." It wasn't long before Aisly suddenly cried out in panic, "Rupert, I, I feel like I'm having a baby, it hurts!"

"Congratulations, mother and child are safe."

The nurse smiled, "The baby is healthy."

Rupert's face fell when he heard "mother and child", "How come it's a son again, why not a daughter?"

He had to say that he was envious of his own brother, who not only had a good and obedient son, but also a cute little baby.

He couldn't help but glance at Hector with some envy.

Hector's mother relaxed and said, "If I hear that again, you'll be careful! If my grandchildren and my daughter-in-law are ashamed of this, I'll pretend you're not my son!"

"No, Mum, that's a bit of a double standard!"

Rupert said, somewhat unconvinced, "Didn't you think I wasn't a daughter at first? Why didn't you say I was a shadow when you were sighing at me all the time?" Hector's mother rolled her eyes at her silly son, "Are you the same?"

"Mum! You're too much!"

Rupert was aggravated, but after receiving a glare from his mother, he silenced her and doggedly stepped forward to take Hector's mother's shoulder.

"But no matter what, you're still my mother, and I won't complain if you do what you like."

Eloise and Hector couldn't help but watch the two of them bicker, the corners of their mouths turning up.

Soon, Aisly was wheeled out of the delivery room with the baby and the group followed behind, into the VIP ward.

As soon as they entered the room, a group of people gathered around to see the mother and baby.

Seeing Aisly's lips slightly pale and her face covered in sweat, Rupert heartily wiped her sweat, "It's been hard on you, dear."

Aisly said with some amusement, "That's all you can say."

Being disliked by his mother and wife in quick succession, Rupert felt like he was going to hurt internally, "I ... will be doubly nice to you from now on."

Aisly smiled, "Then you better do what you say."

"Definitely!" Rupert promised in a hurry.

The two of them finished talking, only to replace that the child had already been held in the family's turn, Rupert somehow helplessly said, "No, my son, shouldn't I hold it first?"

"Is it hard to listen to your love talk over there?" Hector's mother said with some disgust.

"Mummy!" Sweety was a little surprised, she had woken up from her nap today and Grandpa the housekeeper had told her that her second aunt was having a baby and the family had gone to the hospital.

She was a little upset that she hadn't been taken with her, but now she was happy to hear her mummy's voice.

"Baby, you've got another brother!" Eloise laughed.

Sweety's eyes lit up when she heard that she had a little brother, and she was so happy to see her mummy's picture of her little bundle of joy that she was screaming to come and see him.

After hanging up the phone and seeing that it was time for Solomon to leave for school, Hector's mother said to Eloise, "Eloise, we're here for Aisly, Solomon is leaving school and Sweety is home alone, why don't you go home and look after them both."

Eloise hadn't seen the children for over half a month and missed them, so she nodded, "We'll go back then, Aisly, I'll see you tomorrow."

Eloise went with Hector to pick up Solomon from school, spent some time with the two little ones, then went into the kitchen to make chicken soup for Aisly, before making a trip to the hospital herself.

After all, whenever she and Hector had anything to do, Rupert was the one who took care of it. The young couple had done so much for them without a single complaint, and now that she was well, it was only natural that she should look after them a little more.
