Chapter 63  I'll Take Care Of You

"I won't waste my time on these things. No matter who brings up my children, I will not care that much as long as they grow up healthy." He looked at her expressionlessly. No one could tell anything from his dark eyes.

Hearing this, Isabella was startled.

She didn't expect that he would think that way. Or was he just scheming something secretly under his pleasant words.

"I'm their mother, so naturally, I won't let them suffer even the slightest bit of harm. Since you don't care about me, you don't have to come to see me. After they are born, you can visit them anytime you want. I'm not that narrow-minded"

His tone was calm, but everyone could know what he meant. Luke's face darkened a bit as he hugged Rachel. She then shifted her gaze to Luke, and spoke in a much gentler tone, "Luke, thanks for everything today. I can take care of my mother and you can take Rachel home."
