"Ralph?"

"My beautiful Madison, I love you."

"Wait, when did you come in, how did you replace me?"

"I'm Ralph babe ...I know things." He smiled at her and kissed her temple.

Madison woke up in the middle of the night with Ralph to her side. His explanation was a bit shady, and she didn't realize that she missed him.

So much.

Ralph's short reply convinced her and she thought she'd ask him in the morning. His hands slithered underneath his t-shirt that she's been wearing every time she falls asleep at night. "I like that you've been stealing my t-shirts and sleep in them."

"I've missed you..." she whispered pulling herself closer to his embrace.

"Me too, so much more." He was rubbing her back and kissing her hair.

"How's your session with Shani?"

"It was tough, but it's finally done. The entity was my uncle, it was all coming back to me. After years of being stuck in another realm, he manifested to the dark hairy monstrous figure." "Your uncle? but why? I thought your biological parents didn't have any relatives, that's why..."

"I had an uncle, didn't know what happened to him, must've died. That's why he became the entity."

Madison kissed his arm that was holding her possessively, then she told him to continue his story.

"I saw it, remembered how he stabs my dad in the stomach, then my mom...I can see her wearing a long white dress. She was holding him, trying to save him."

"Oh god...the abandoned house..."

"That was my old house..."

"...and my dream, that was..."

"Yes, my parents. Shani sent me and Rain there with Suzy, it was messy but Rain managed to destroy him. And now I'm back."

Ralph pushed her down and started kissing her, stating his love for her. She was cherished while her mind wanders to the baby inside her.

"Ralph, I need...to...tell you..."

"Sssh...later baby, I've missed you too much."

He smirked then suddenly vanished under the blanket, parting her legs, and started ravishing her where she longed the most.

"Ralph..." her moans were needy and full of desire and he kept on having her until she climaxed.

"I love you." He whispered as he trailed his kisses higher, he took off her top and started licking her nipples.

Her fingers were to his hair while she spread her legs then move her hands to pull down his pants. She was telling him that she loves him too then arching her back wanting more of his sweet little kisses. Her legs wrapped his back and they both moans when he entered her slowly.

The lovemaking was erotically slow, yet it was so sensual that they never felt so high in love before. They were tangled in each other, high on l**t, cherishing each other. The two lovers moaned in ecstasy when they reached their climax simultaneously. That night she slept peacefully in his arms.

Morning came and Ralph was gone, she remembered last night he said something about going back to his place. Madison texted him, but he didn't reply. So she carries on with her day, thinking that he must be busy.

And that morning she was glad that he was not there to watch her throw up her breakfast. Madison also made a doctor's appointment after she talked with Kendra. She decided to tell Ralph about the doctor's appointment thinking he might want to be there for her. It was night when she finally falls asleep from reading her book, and just like the night before Ralph showed up and they made love. He didn't want to talk he just wanted her, wanted to love her.

She felt something was off the morning that she didn't replace him by her side. And Madison decided to call him instead.

"Ralph?"

"Madison? it's me, Shani..."

At that moment she felt her whole world falls apart, she knows exactly that something had happened to him. She was speechless, she could feel her body was getting cold, it felt her heart was beating slower, the numbed feeling was flooding her brain, all while she stood in silence still listening to Shani.

"...something happened to Ralph,"

"No...no...he was here last night and the night before..."

"Why don't you come here? he's being treated at my place."

Shani didn't know what Madison meant when she said that Ralph was there the last two nights.

"I'm on my way."

Madison ended the call, she sits down and wiped her tears, her hands felt cold and her throat was suddenly parched. But when she gets up she had the sudden urge to throw up. She was still teary when she washes her face, then changes her clothes.

She was out of the door ten minutes later, she took a deep breath and set her GPS to Shani's. It was going to be a long drive and but she needed to see him.

Tears fall as she was stuck in traffic. She has been on the road for more than an hour, the desperation was real and she finally pulls over when she saw the small diner where she went with Ralph the day they went to Shani's.

The meal tasted like nothing, her senses were gone and all she wanted was to get to Shani's as soon as possible but she knows that she needs to take care of the baby that's growing inside her.

"Is everything okay miss?" the older woman looked at her with concerned in her eyes.

Madison wiped her tears away and smiled at the waiter.

"I'm okay, hormones." She tugged her lip and put a hand over her still nonvisible pregnancy belly.

"Oh...don't worry the feeling will pass, I'll get you some vanilla ice cream for the nausea."

It wasn't long until she came back with a small bowl of vanilla ice cream.

"Let me know if you want more." She smiled softly and took away her empty plate.

It took Madison another fifteen minutes to force herself to finish her food, then she paid the bill and leave the waiter a generous tip on the table and continue her journey to Shani's.

The coastal air reminded her of the argument that they had the first time they visited Shani. Her vision was blurry and she was so upset that she didn't realize her car was swerving to the right and almost hit another car. Her heart beats so fast when she was trying to avoid the car from the opposite direction.

She didn't know what happened next, but she was hearing the loud crash and was quick to feel the pain when her forehead and chest impacted the airbag.

Madison's last view was the coastal skyline, it was beautiful, it was perfect, but then the peacefulness was interrupted by a tremendous pain to her right side.

She shed her tears thinking she won't be seeing her Ralph anymore, and that she had killed her baby. The bright sunny sky slowly dimmed as she closes her eyes and shed another tear.
