Married By Mistake
Chapter 19

LUNA

“Hi.” I greeted Dylan’s secretary. I wish Dylan would go to the mall with me. Just quality time. I’m bored at home.

Her face is shocked. “M-Ma’am? Why are you here? I’m already let you into Sir Dylan’s office, a. Oh, my gosh! I’m being haunted.”

“W-Wait. Just calm down. I have a twin. Maybe she’s the one inside.”

He looked at me. “Yes? Okay, That’s good. I thought I was haunted because I didn’t give the beggar who asked me for a coin yesterday.”

I took a deep breath. Camille made a way to talk to Dylan. I grabbed my I.D. and showed it to the secretary.

“I’m Dylan’s real wife. Can I come in?” I said smiling.

The woman nodded. “All right, Ma’am.”

I passed the secret table and approached the door not far away. That was a little pitiful. I heard a conversation coming from inside. I tried not to make any noise to hear their conversation.

“Dylan, I’m sorry. I’m just too choked by your love.” I heard Camille’s voice. And there was a throbbing throb in my chest.

“What a stupid reason, Veronica Camille.” Dylan’s response was cold. “You should have told me so that we could do something. But what did you do? You ignored everything I worked for.”

“I’m sorry for not loving you like you want me to. I want your forgiveness, Dylan Caden.”

“Why? Because you’re dying with guilt? That’s good news for me, Veronica Camille.”

“Dylan, do you still love me?”

I covered my mouth. I felt a big thorn that pierced my heart. My chest tightened and tears welled up in my eyes. I waited for Dylan’s answer. I am masochistic and I’m sure of it.

“No. I don’t love you anymore.”

“How about Luna? Are you guilty of all the stupid things you did to her so you put up with her being with her? Are you just making her your rebound s—”

“rebound?” Dylan’s voice was serious. “Do you want me to answer that very simple question?”

Yes. Please.

“Yes,” Camille replied.

“She’s not a rebound. And I’m not using her just to make someone like you jealous.”

“In that case, you just feel sorry for her. You don’t feel anything for her—”

“I love Luna. Is that hard to understand, Camille?” I took a deep breath and dropped the bag I was holding. That created noise.

The door opened wide. Dylan and I looked at each other. We see the shock in its eyes.

“Luna?” I heard Camille say that she was now on Dylan’s side.

I cleared my throat. I can’t replace words on what I should say. It was as if the words had escaped me.

“You’re eavesdropping?” Dylan asked seriously.

I bowed. “I-I’m—”

“Did you hear what I said earlier?” I bit my lower l*p and nodded at Dylan’s question.

“Do you want to hear it again?” I was shocked by what Dylan said. He was staring at me. “I love you, Luna.”

The corners of my eyes warmed up. Dylan held me by the shoulder so we could be close.

I still can’t replace what I should say. We looked at Camille as she laughed.

“I’m having a hard time getting the truth out of your mouth, Dylan Caden,” Camille said.

Dylan frowned.

“I know Luna is coming today because she told me when I called her last night. I also know that you haven’t told Luna directly how you feel. I’m good, aren’t I?” Camille said and even pulled her hair.

“Thank you.” Camille and I turned to Dylan. He smiled at her. “I don’t plan to tell my wife directly. Actions speak louder than voice, right?”

“But, Dylan, it’s harder to assume. That’s how you guys are, you like us to assume.” Camille’s gaze shifted to me. “Are you mad at me?”

I hugged her. “Why would I? Thank you, Cammy.”

I also felt her arm hug me. “I told you, I’ll do everything as long as we’re okay again.”

After that, Camille left because she still had a date. Dylan ushered me into his office. He closed the door and led me there. My heart is beating fast and I feel a strange warmth right now.

(S/N: WARNING)

“Dylan—”

Before I could say another word, he covered my mouth with his and kissed the hell out of me. I gasped against his lips, my hands reaching up to twine around his neck.

“Let’s talk later.” He ordered, his hand seeking the hem of my skirt and bunching it between his fingers.

He shoved the material up to my h**s, tore off my panties, and placed his palm on my womanhood, rubbing it slowly.

I let out a little sigh. “That’s good.”

He kept stroking, running his finger up and down my damp slit, then dipping into my opening and plunging deep. I sagged against his chest, moaning, moving my h**s to meet each lazy thrust of his finger.

“Let’s stop here.” It got away from me. Leaving me with disappointment.

“What the hell are you doing?” I snapped.

He grinned. “It’s your punishment for eavesdropping earlier.”

I adjusted the skirt he raised. I can still feel the trembling of my knee because of what he did to me.

Disgusted I looked at the goofy smile on his face. He hanged me.

“I’ll get revenge on you. You’ll see. Hmph!”

I was about to leave his office when he hugged me from behind. “Where are you going? Aren’t you going to spend your day with me?”

“Spend the rest of the day with you? No thanks. I’ve changed my mind after you hanged me like that.”

“Hm, so you’ve changed your plans because I didn’t make you come?” he says while laughing.

Both my cheeks got hot. “Shut u— Ah!”

I screamed as he lifted me like a bride to the newlyweds and walked towards another door that was inside her office.

I was shocked when he opened it. There is a large bed in the middle of the bedroom. There is nothing else inside but that.

“We’ll continue it here, Baby Luna.”

Dylan lowered me onto the bed but I immediately stood up. It’s like I don’t want my skin to touch that bed. “I don’t like it here.”

Dylan wondered. “Why?”

I did not speak and darkly looked at the bed. I know Dylan has touched a lot in this bed. I hate it.

Dylan seemed to come to his senses. “Yeah. You’re right.”

“Tell me, Dylan .. did you touch Camille too?” I just want to know.

Dylan approached me. He placed his index finger and thumb on my chin to raise it. Its eyes speak.

He took a deep breath. “I’m not a saint, Luna.”

“Ah.” I can only say.

“I’m sorry. You loved an idiot like me,” he says softly.

My expression softened. I wrapped my arm around him. “At least I’ve made you the man that your right now.”

“You know, when I’m with you, everything seems so f*****g light.” Our lips were only a few inches away.

I met his eyes. “I love you.”

He smiled gently and kissed the back of my hand. “I love you too.”
