As Darrian entered the designer's room, anticipation and nervousness filled the air. He was about to meet his daughter for the first time, a moment he had been waiting for, yet one that filled him with a surge of emotions he couldn't quite put into words. When Becky ran into his arms, he lifted her, hugging the three-year-old tightly against his chest. The sight of Ray patiently waiting to join the hug melted Darrian's heart even more. He turned around to see Hannah, his ex-wife, standing there with a warm smile and tears rolling down her cheeks, holding Rayner's hand. The tears streamed down Darrian's face as he hugged Hannah, feeling the weight of the years apart lifting off his shoulders. He said, Thank you for giving me an adorable daughter. Who is this young man?"

"This is Rayner, my son," Hannah said softly, introducing her son to Darrian. Darrian's heart swelled with love and relief as he extended his hand to invite Rayner into their embrace. The family stood together, a circle of love and healing, in that bustling airport terminal, their joy and happiness radiating. Darrian whispered, "My life ended the day I found out you were dead, but here you are in flesh and blood." He kissed her on her cheeks, eyes, and forehead while the children looked with amazement at their father. He said I knew you were pregnant, but Triplets is too much to comprehend." At this time, Hannah said Darrian, I have something to confess to you, but not in front of the children. He said we would wait to discuss the pressing matter.

Darrian quickly called his driver, asking him to transport Ethan to the restaurant so he could join them for lunch. With the driver summoned, they all headed to a nearby restaurant, where the air was filled with the chatter of excited children and the joy of reunion. Full of questions and curiosity, Becky kept the adults on their toes, barely letting them get a word in edgewise.

As they settled into their meal, Darrian felt a sense of peace. He looked around the table at the face of his beloved woman, whom he thought he might never see again, and Darrian knew that this was just the beginning of their journey. He held Hannah's hand under the table, a silent promise of love and commitment, as they embraced this second chance they had been given. That was when an excited Ethan entered the restaurant; instead of going to see his father, he sat down beside the twins. Ethan said, "Hi Becky, hi Ray." They replied their greeting back to him. Darrian looked at his innocent son, who did not ask a question but assumed they were friends. He wondered how Ethan would react when he learned they were his sister and brother.

Ethan's eyes lit up when he saw the twins, his new friends. With a skip in his step, he headed toward the table, so excited that he forgot to greet his father. Hannah watched the happy child and felt her heart swell with joy. A warm smile spread across her face as Ethan looked up at her and said hello. Then, as if remembering his dad's presence, he walked over to Darrian, wrapping his arms around him tightly.

Darrian placed Ethan beside him at the table and gently reminded him, "You must always respect Hannah, Becky, and Ray, okay?" Ethan nodded, his enthusiasm undimmed, as they settled in to enjoy a delicious meal together. It turned out that all the dishes Ethan loved were Becky's favourites, much to everyone's amusement.

Hannah watched the interactions between the three children with awe, enjoying their chatter and laughter. Little Ray struggled to get a word in edgewise, but the joy on his face was evident. Darrian, curious about their schooling, asked Hannah if she had plans to enrol them in a school. She explained that their nanny would homeschool them, ensuring a personalised education for each child. Hannah said. "Darrian, do not worry. My job takes me to many places, and I always take the twins. They have a curriculum that the nanny follows to keep them up-to-date with what their peers are learning. The only problem with them accompanying me was that they did not get to do the activities they liked. Ray loves music and Karate, while Becky loves her dance and gymnastics." Darrian replied," That's a coincidence because Ethan likes gymnastics and karate." We could get the twins involved in some of his activities. Ethan piped up, wanting to join his new siblings in their homeschool class. Darrian gently explained that he had already paid for the year's schooling at the kindergarten Ethan attended, offering Ethan advanced classes he couldn't switch to homeschooling suddenly. Ethan's brow furrowed slightly, a telltale sign that he was concocting a plan. Darrian knew his son well and braced himself for whatever mischief Ethan was cooking up next.

After the meal, as they drove back to Ethan's school, Darrian found the perfect moment to reveal the truth to his son. "Ethan, Hannah is your mother," he said gently, hoping for understanding. However, Ethan's innocent eyes widened in confusion. "No, she's Auntie Hannah. My mom is Charmaine, and she's waiting for me at home," Ethan insisted firmly. Darrian felt a pang of sadness seeing Ethan's reaction. As they continued driving, Ethan suddenly threw the worst tantrum Darrian had ever witnessed. Ethan began to cry and said, I want my own Mommy, and I would share my daddy with Becky and Ray." He fussed almost all the way there. The car stopped, and Darrian took Ethan outside to talk. "This is our secret, Ethan. I need you to understand," Darrian said, his voice firm but loving. He warned Ethan that he would take away his tablet and game time if the secret were revealed. Ethan returned to the car, upset and pouting. Throughout the journey to Kindergarten, he barely spoke to the twins, Becky and Ray. In Ethan's mind, he was the only child, and he refused to accept anyone else as his siblings.

As they reached home, Ethan made it clear to Darrian that Becky and Ray could only remain his friends outside the house. He was determined not to share his dad with anyone else. Despite Ethan's defiance, he knew he needed to talk to his mom, Charmaine before their family was torn apart. In Ethan's young mind, his mother was kind when he behaved, and he needed her now more than ever. The tension in the household was palpable as Darrian grappled with the consequences of his past decisions.

My Belovd Readers,

Would the decision Darrian made to reveal Hannah as Ethan's mom have a adverse impact on the Little boy? Will he ever accept his siblings and mom? That is left to be seen.

Love always,
