On the way to Stellar Stage Entertainment, Peyton felt a pang of insecurity as she stared up at the towering building. She clutched Emma's hand tightly, not wanting to let go for even a second. Emma, who had been here before, confidently led the way through the lobby and into the elevator.

As the elevator started moving, Peyton's face turned pale. She remembered her last elevator ride here, which was over in a flash. "Emma, is there something wrong with this elevator? It was so quick last time, and now I'm feeling a bit dizzy." Peyton was clearly scared and nervous, her nerves stretched to their limit.

Emma quickly reassured her, "Last time, we were going to a lower floor, so it was faster. This time we're heading all the way up, so it'll take a bit longer. Mom, try not to worry."

Peyton took a deep breath and stayed close to Emma.

Reaching the top floor, Peyton let out a sigh of relief as the doors opened.

As they stepped out, they saw Brielle in the midst of a meeting with the executive team, discussing Stellar Stage Entertainment's latest plans.

Seeing Brielle's face, Peyton couldn't contain her excitement. "The kind lady! Emma, it's her!"

Before Emma could intervene, Peyton walked straight up to Brielle.

Brielle, holding documents and exuding a cool professionalism, was surrounded by executives who were visibly cowed by her presence.

"Alright, Mr. Haywood, we'll make sure to handle this," she said, her focus entirely on the matter at hand.

Unaware of her own intimidating work persona, Brielle was surprised when a plainly dressed woman approached her, eyes shining with gratitude. "Auntie!" Peyton exclaimed, visibly more relaxed upon seeing a familiar face.

Brielle smiled, "Auntie, what brings you to Stellar Stage Entertainment? Shouldn't you be resting at home if you're not feeling well?"

The security guards, initially moving to intercept, stepped back upon seeing Brielle engaging warmly with the woman, a detail only Emma noticed along with the deference the suited executives showed her

mother's savior.

Peyton, usually shy around strangers, was remarkably at ease with Brielle.

Wiping away tears, Peyton shared her worries, "Oh, it's about my daughter. She received a donation of two hundred thousand, and we were overjoyed. But then the company called, and I feared we might've gotten into legal trouble. I was so anxious, I had to come here. We thought we could finally afford a house in our little town, but now that's on hold. I'm just relieved my daughter's okay, but I'm still unsure of the situation. Could you, being the kind soul you are, perhaps inquire with your superiors for me?"

Peyton shared her concerns in a rush, tears streaming down her face.

Brielle raised an eyebrow, amused by the situation, as the executives around her couldn't help but replace the misunderstanding funny-Peyton was unknowingly speaking to the top executive herself.

Trying to console Peyton, Brielle

offered a tissue. "Auntie, there's no

need to worry. The donation to Emma wasn't the issue. It came from an account overseas, not from someone local, so don't jump to conclusions."

Peyton froze, quickly wiping her eyes. "Are you sure? You're not just saying that?"

Brielle nodded, smiling gently, "Yes, your daughter's donation is perfectly fine. After the buzz it created, the company has already thoroughly investigated."
