Within seconds Maria is flungs across the room so hard so that herbody goes right through the newly repaired panes of glass that lookout until the pouch scatter completely, Dahlia stands protectivelyclinging to small brunette, daring any body to come near her.

Maria comes sprinting towards her, I slam my foot down until the feetof whosoever is holding me back at the same time that I throw my headback forcefully, grinnit when I make contact with someone's face andhear bones shatter.

Launching my body thoughtlessly, I shift mid air, my wolf colliding withmaria's blurry figure in an attempt to help Dahlia. My jaws clamp downonto Maria's left hand just before I rip it clean off her body, dropping itto the hard wood floor quickly as I go in for another attack only to haveher remaining fist connect to my ribs.

A loud whimper follows the sound of my ribs shattering, the silver hairvampire get ready to lodge her hand into my chest. "For my brother.”She hisses. But before She can do anything she is thrown off of me."Enough!" My mate's voice thunders through the house. He kneelsdown beside me on the floor " Shift. " He commanded softly.

Trying to replace his eyes, I huge when he refuse to look at me. Regardlessof this, I do as I am asked i curl my naked body up, in an attempt tohide from the crowd of vampires around us. Phoenix runs up holding afluffy blanket, he tosses it to me Immediately. I send him a weak smileof thanks.

Malakai doesn't speak as he bites into his wrist and force it into my lips,I moan as I gulp down his blood forgetting about anyone but him untilhe rips his hand away from me, my face furrow as I look at him as hestands, realizing the pain of my ribs is now gone and I can breatheproperly, I stand up, also keeping the blanket to my skin tightly.

"What is going on here?" Kai questions, seeming calm but ready tosnap in a second. "I want to set this people fre..." I start immediatelycut off.

"Master Malakai" with all due respect, these are our play things and weare breaking no rule or laws, this mutt, on the other hand----

Maria nods, "Very well, my apologies.”

"Mal! Mal, please. "Dahlia cries” still clinging to the small human in herarms who looks absolute perified but somewhat calmer now that Dahliastrokes the back of her head gently.

Kai freezes at the mention of his sister's mate. His jaw clenches as henods. "Very well."

A rush of relief course through me but it's completely shattered whenmy speaks. " Master Maria, you can do as you please with all the petsexcluding my sister's beloved.

A wide sick grin take over Maria's face as she watches me shake head indisbelief. Malakai begins to walk away leaving his siblings standing inshock but I chase after him, grabbing his hand. He stops moving butdoesn't turn to face me. "Kai please, you can't just let this humans die.Did you see how many bodies are on the floor right now? "I cry.

He scoffs, you shouldn't have gotten involved. I could have donesomething about it if you didn't attack a clan corinna. Now if I savethose people, it's an insult on Maria and her people. My mouth dropopen. " You are going to let her murder innocent humans in fear ofinsulting her?”
