Chapter 7

What was Brian doing here?

Stella was surprised.

However, just a second later, she was furious.

The villa of Tarovian Terrace had been sealed off, and there were two bodyguards standing guard at the door..

Stella’s expression turned cold as she asked, “Why did you seal off my family’s villa? Move aside.”

Mike said, “I’m sorry, Mrs. Foley. This is Mr. Foley’s intention. This villa at Tarovian Terrace is under Mr. Foley’s name, and he has expressly commanded us not to allow anyone to live here. Otherwise, we’ll treat it as you trespassing on private property.”

It meant that she would go to jail.

Stella was so angry that she felt like killing him. She turned and glared at Brian, her face filled with rage.

“Come over here.” Brian’s voice carried on the night air and reached her ears.

Stella took a deep breath. She decided to talk to him about it and walked over. She pulled the car door open and got in

The moment she got in, he yanked her into his embrace so that she was sitting on top of him.

She was wearing a dress with nothing underneath except her underwear. She shot upright in shock and tried to scramble off of him. “Brian, what are you doing?”

Brian did not let her leave. His hands tightened around her slender waist and kept her firmly on top of him. His current state was very clear.

Stella’s mind went blank, and she said angrily, “Brian!”

“Didn’t you say that I had some kind of dysfunction and was unable to fulfill your basic needs? Tonight, I’m going to let you check whether or not I’m dysfunctioning, Ms. Yates. He grunted and pinched her cheek, forcing her to look at him.

Stella could not move, and she felt extremely aggrieved. “Let go of me. We’re getting divorced soon, and you have no right to do this to me.”

Stella felt very wronged, but she did not dare to speak too much. She gritted her teeth. “I’m not going to say any more. Let go of me, and let’s discuss this in a friendly manner.”

“Not so arrogant now, are you?” Brian laughed softly.

Stella blushed and said seriously, “Like I said, let go of me. Let’s talk.”

Brian looked at her for a while and let her go. He returned to his usual, elegant self, and adjusted his shirt. He said lightly, “Go on.”

Stella was free. She immediately opened the door so that she would be able to escape whenever she needed to.

Brian scoffed. “If I really wanted to catch you, do you think you’d be able to escape?”

“I just want some fresh air.”

Stella took a few breaths to calm down before turning to him. She said, “Brian, why did you seal off the house at Tarovian Terrace?”

“It’s my house. I’ll seal it if I want to.”

He was so domineering. Stella clenched her fists tightly. “You said that you’d give this villa to me.”

Brian looked at her and suddenly remembered that night.

It had been about half a year after they were married.

In order to make him bid for the Tarovian Terrace villa, Stella had barged into his study wearing sexy lingerie and said humbly, “Bri, could you buy my family’s villa?”

At the time, Brian had looked coldly at her.

Stella acted as if she hadn’t seen the cold expression on his face. She walked over to him step by step. and sat on his lap.

That night, she had looked at him, and the corners of her eyes were red. Brian had not been able to resist her.

After that, he had become obsessed with her body.

When he thought about those intimate, fiery moments of passion in the villa, Brian’s eyes darkened. “I gave the villa to Mrs. Foley. Are you Mrs. Foley?”

Stella’s heart wrenched. He was saying that if they got divorced, she would not get the house.

She hadn’t expected him to be so shameless, but she forced herself to go on. “Brian, we were husband and wife. Can’t you even leave me a house now that we’re getting divorced?”

She had cared for him for two years. How could he leave her with nothing?

*Did I agree to the divorce?”

“I told you that I want a divorce.” She was serious. How could she endure the fact that her husband had at

child out of wedlock?

“Are you going to continue making a fuss?” Brian looked coldly at her, and suddenly he sneered. “Fine. Since you want a divorce, then there’s no reason for me to keep the Tarovian Terrace villa anymore.”

Stella paled. “What do you mean by that? Are you going to sell my family’s villa?”

“Is this your family’s villa or mine? Who was the one who paid 120 million dollars for it? Since you want a divorce, I might as well sell it so that it doesn’t annoy me when I see it.”

Stella suddenly felt exhausted.

Seeing that she remained silent, Brian thought that she had acquiesced, and his expression relaxed slightly. “Close the car door, and let’s go home.”

Stella did not move. After a long time, she laughed and got out of the car.

“Stella.

“Sell it.” She did not look back. Since she could not keep it, there was no point.

Although she did not want to give up her father’s villa, she was not going to allow him to threaten her.

Brian’s expression turned cold, and there seemed to be a layer of frost in his eyes. “Stella, don’t regret this.

Stella stopped and turned to look at him with a distant expression on her face. Her voice sounded brittle in the night wind. “I will definitely not regret it.”

She turned and left without looking back.

Brian’s pupils constricted. He felt as if something was slipping out of his control.

It was late autumn, and the nights were getting chilly.

Stella walked alone on the road, her shadow lengthened under the moonlight.

She called Yelena, who wasn’t home yet and was out watching a movie with her boyfriend.

They had a stable relationship and were about to get married.

Stella did not want to disturb her, so she told her that she was fine and instructed Velena to have fun with her boyfriend.

Stella was all alone. She was filled with grievances, but there was no one she could talk to.

She suddenly missed Simon.

However, she did not want to go and see him while she was in such a terrible mood. She decided to visit him when she felt better.

Stella walked aimlessly on the road, when suddenly, she spotted an advertisement stuck on a pillar. It was an advertisement that promised a huge sum of money for sperm donors.

Stella thought bitterly that it wasn’t fair for Brian to have all the fun while she was suffering.

She took out her phone and called the number on the advertisement. “Hello, I’d like to make an advertisement offering a large sum of money for sperm donors.”

“Hello. What is your phone number?” the person on the other end asked her,

Stella’s eyes flashed, and she gave them Brian’s number. She said through gritted teeth, “Use this phone number and run the advertisement for three days!

At that moment, Brian arrived home.

Mike parked the car and woke him up. “Mr. Foley, we’ve arrived at Yolvencrest Estate.”

Brian opened his tired eyes. The vast villa was dark and oppressive–looking. It was empty. The staff didn’t live at the villa, as they had their own accommodation right beside it.

Brian got out of the car.

Mike said, “Mr. Foley, the ‘Eternal Star‘ necklace that you bid for in Mavonia last month just arrived.”

“Tell them to deliver it tomorrow.”

Brian’s tall figure melted into the night shadows.

He pushed the door open and entered the pitch–black villa.

In the

In the past, she would always leave a light on for him, and then run downstairs with her face wreathed in smiles as she leaped into his arms. She would say softly, “Bri, you’re home.”

Now, the stairs were dark and silent.

Although she was a bit of a chatterbox sometimes, the house seemed like a deserted island without her there.

He suddenly felt unaccustomed to it.
