That left Beth and Meredith to be the only masters on the table.

Beth said, “The dishes are served already. Come and eat!”

Ashlynn then realized she was talking to her and was a little surprised. However, she declined,“Thank you, I will have dinner later.”

She knew that she was there to be a servant and would not imagine herself as a little missy in thehousehold.

Ashlynn then sat down on the chair. The other servants served her with the utensils, and she said,“Thank you.”

onward, you will be in charge of all three meals every day.”

Ashlynn was stunned. “Me, alone?”

Aunt Cher dashed into the kitchen and immediately fumed, “Can“t you work properly? Do you knowhow much is this one plate? Did you do this on purpose?”

"Why would I do this on purpose?” Ashlynn found her question absurd.

Her reply immediately triggered Aunt Cher. She turned out to retrieve a long cane and thenwhipped on Ashlynn’s back.
