Anthony's deep voice threatened. "You spoke too much."

Anne looked down and suppressed her emotions. She thought about the three adorable kids, thenonly brought herself to give in and say something that totally defied herself. “I am sorry. It was myfault that you were injured. I should not have been holding the knife. Otherwise, I would not haveaccidentally gotten you injured. I hope you are generous enough to forgive me."

"Please don't think that I am making it difficult for you, but you deserve a punishment for doing thewrong thing. I am your sister, and I can forgive you, but what if it was an outsider? They would notbe as easy. I hope you can go back and reflect upon this and behave yourself, don't be so impulsivethe next time. Since you admitted to having done this, I will drop this. I don't want Anthony to worryabout my body." Bianca looked at Anthony, her eyes were gentle.

Anne wanted to rebut what she said, but she saw everyone in the ward would not believe her.

Who would believe that Bianca ran into the knife herself?

"Can I go now?" she asked.

Bianca did not want to let her get away that easily. That would be easy for her!

However, she could not make Anne think that it was Anthony who asked her to apologize. Thiswould make Anne misunderstand that Anthony cared about her.

"You can go now," Bianca said generously.

When Anne turned around, she had a slight smile.

This was caught by Anthony, his hawk eyes were sharp.

Nigel followed Anne out of the ward. "Anne, are you alright?"

“l am fine."

"You don't look too good. Your face is red. What happened?” Nigel lifted her face and said, "Who hityou?"

Anne turned her face away. "I am fine. I am going to leave now."

"Let me send you."

"No need,” Anne said, before she turned and walked away.

Nigel stood in the same spot, and he felt worried and difficult. She must be hiding something fromhim. Who hit her in the face? Why did she not tell him?

He could feel that Anne was blaming him.

Anne sat in the car, and tears streamed down her cheeks.

Whether it was the last time or this time, it had always been her fault.

As long as they were happy, she could sacrifice her dignity and be humiliated.

No one ever considered that she was the one being bullied, the innocent one.

Not even a remote possibility...

Her phone in her bag rang. Her watery eyes could not see the caller clearly, and could finally see itafter wiping away her tears.

She saw that it was Sarah, and her tears streamed down even more uncontrollably.

She then answered the call. "Mom, let's go abroad.”

"What?" Sarah, who just wanted to ask when she would return, was taken aback. However, she wasquick to regain herself and answered, "Sure! We can go anywhere you want to!"

When Anne got back, her emotions calmed down.

Sarah looked at her from top to toe and saw that she was fine. She asked, "Where did you go? I wasworried.”

"I did not go anywhere. I have already purchased the tickets. We will leave tomorrow morning. Let'sgo out of the country to relax, I have not brought you anywhere before," Anne said.

"You had chosen a destination?"

"Yes, Glasbel Isle. Didn't you always want to go?”

Sarah was naturally happy. However, she felt something did not add up somewhere. Could Annehave been pressured?

"Anne, are you okay?"
