Michelle instantly came to a realization that Bianca must have done something and wanted her totake the blame.

Bianca turned to face the bodyguards. “Don't take her away. I'll talk to Anthony later.” “This is ourmission. Please don't make it difficult for us,” one of the bodyguards said.

“I'm Anthony's fiance. What I say goes. Do you want her? Over my dead body!” Bianca insisted.

If they took Michelle, she would not be able to control the situation fully.

The bodyguards knew that she was Anthony's fiance, or they would not have bothered trying topersuade her and would have forcefully taken Michelle away. Since they could not do so by force, the bodyguards were placed in an extremely difficult position.

"What are you worried about? I'll tell Anthony that it's not your issue. Whoever came today, I won'tlet them take Michelle,” Bianca said before looking away.

"Or you can take me to Anthony instead.”

She was looking for him anyway.

The bodyguards remained quiet, and one of them turned to call Ivan, who called Anthony forfurther instruction, but Anthony did not answer.

In the end, they had to give up as Michelle was not going anywhere.

After the bodyguards left, Michelle asked, “What did you do this time?”

“Nothing too bad. I hired someone to drug Anthony, and he went to sleep with another woman. You must be curious as to why I would drug him. It's the way we have fun, okay? You don't need toknow much. Just take the blame for this. I will contact the director for you later at night, and youshould be able to meet with him tomorrow,” Bianca said expressionlessly.

After sending Michelle on her way, Bianca returned to her studio. She was not worried aboutMichelle betraying her and simply wanted to know where Anthony was.

She could not understand why the bodyguards refused to take her to Anthony. She had thoughtthat Anthony did not return to the Royal Mansion to deal with Michelle, but that was clearly not thecase.

Could he be with Anne and therefore could not meet with her?

Bianca thought back to the time when she was supposed to register for marriage with Anthonywhen both Anthony and Anne went missing.

Similar situations had happened more than once, and she could sense that something was wrong. At night, Bianca returned to her apartment. When she woke up the next morning, she went to sitdown on the couch, and a document on the coffee table drew her attention.

Back when there were conflicts concerning Nigel's will, she had sent someone to check on all theproperties and inheritance Nigel had placed under Anne's name and found that he had bought anapartment, which he placed under Anne's name.

Since the truth about the paternity test had been exposed, she knew that there was no way for herto take the apartment as her own. However, she suddenly started wondering if Anne would stay inthe discreet apartment. If she did, there would be no way for anyone to replace her.

The more Bianca thought about it, the more she felt like there was more to the story, so shegrabbed her car keys and left home.

If she wanted access to the apartment, she would first have to obtain the keys.

She arrived at the area where Anne lived and hired a locksmith to unlock the door beforeproceeding to search every apartment corner. Eventually, she found a set of brand-new keys in oneof the drawers in the room.

It was a set of spare keys.

Bianca headed for the apartment right away.

After exiting the elevator, she strolled down the corridor, looking around for the correct unitnumber. There were two elevators in the building and only two apartments on each floor, and shenoticed that the apartment further down belonged to Anne.

She stood outside the door with her hands on the keys, anxiously wondering if she would open thedoor to replace something she was not supposed to see.

“No way. Anthony shouldn't be here. He's working..." she told herself.

Bianca opened the door, walked in, and immediately noticed that there was not a single pair ofshoes on the porch.

The apartment was quiet, with no sign of people living there at all.

She relaxed at the fact that Anne and Anthony were not in this apartment, but when she saw howbeautifully the apartment was renovated, she could not help but feel drowned in jealousy.

“She is nothing but a bast*ard daughter. Why is Dad treating her so well?" She thought.

She moved toward the balcony and immediately hid behind the curtains when she saw two peopleclinging together in the apartment across.

She hid because she saw Anne and thought to herself, “What is Anne doing here? Who's the manshe’s with?"

Bianca gently lifted the curtains to peek out.
