I woke up that morning feeling the best I had in a long time. The weight that had been firmly pressed against my chest for years had now almost vanished.

I couldn’t help but feel a sense of complete security, acceptance, and awe as I slept in the arms of the twins. I marveled at their beautiful faces, how strong their jaws were, and how every little scar seemed to enhance their wild beauty.

I found myself constantly amazed around the two of them. Two men, so big and dominant, yet they treated me with a tenderness I had never known. Their caresses were light as feathers, their k****s even lighter. The only time they mixed pleasure and pain was when I begged for it.

That morning, I found myself between the two of them, wondering how life could be better than this. Lia had often spoken of s*x as a damning act. “The first time is the best you’ll get. It’s all downhill from there.” The few times Lia drank alcohol, she went on a tangent. How wrong she had been.

Every k**s, every touch, ignited my body. It took us another hour to get out of bed that morning, but every second had been worth it.

As I walked with Liam and Ethan towards the car, every little movement made the sensitive spot between my legs ache. I wasn’t sure I would ever get used to having them both, and I savored the pain that reminded me of the previous night. I intended to ask about the marking from last night, but I found myself drawn in by Ethan’s touches.

Aly told me it would hurt, and I couldn’t help but feel that the act was much more significant than I was willing to understand. Being bound to Liam and Ethan indefinitely no longer seemed like a big decision. I knew what I wanted, and a life without the twins was no life at all. There was no decision to make anymore. I was all-in, no matter what stood in our way.

Liam and Ethan had talked to me that morning about my safety within this pack. Both of them thought it was best for their Betas to know what I was. They had both asked for my opinion beforehand, not daring to say anything without my permission. The choice took me by surprise. I wasn’t used to anyone asking for my opinion, asking me what I wanted.

Both of them knew that eventually I would have to change, and I was starting to agree with them. Becoming a wolf was not something I had been excited about. Now, it was the oxygen I breathed. I couldn’t imagine anything more liberating than shedding my human skin. The dull thud of the earth under my paws, the way the scents and sights of the forest seemed to change and intensify. It was thrilling and intoxicating. Despite my initial fear of what I was, Gea had become an intimate part of me. Her frustration and anxiety became mine. Liam and Ethan insisted that their Betas could accompany me in the runs when they couldn’t. Although I had never met the two Betas, I could see how much Liam and Ethan trusted them. I decided to do the same.

Jacob and Michael were not what I expected. While Ethan seemed more melancholic and quiet, even Liam could be a man of few words. Jacob and Michael were a whirlwind of emotion, charisma, and perfect teeth. Sharp jaws, crooked smiles, and lush hair, all wrapped up in a six-foot-four package. Neither of them was mated, as they had complained several times about the luck Liam and Ethan had.

“Your eyes have a tough look, but also candid,” Jacob smiled, brushing back a couple of strands of his brown hair that had fallen over his face. His hazel eyes moved back and forth between mine. “I bet you’re a tough little wolf, with ice and fire, both in your gaze.”

I looked at Liam, who snorted at Jacob’s comment. Ethan cleared his throat, and both Betas quickly fell silent. I had to give it to Jacob and Michael. They could be immature and somewhat boisterous, but none dared to disrespect Liam or Ethan. It was a strange friendship, based on trust and loyalty. Similar to the friendship I had with Aly, although she has shown time and time again that she’s not afraid to put me in my place.

“Speaking of your wolf, there’s something you need to know,” Liam grimaced before clearing his throat. “You won’t repeat this to anyone. Understood?”

“Yes, Alpha.” Both Jacob and Michael nodded, their humor dampened by the seriousness of Liam’s tone.

“Sussan is a white wolf. No one else can know, at least not now.” Ethan chimed in, crossing his arms over his chest. “During times when Liam and I are busy, we expect you to accompany Sussan when she wants to shift. You’ll have the full schedule of all probation shifts, and you’ll know which areas to avoid.”

Jacob and Michael stayed silent for a moment, and both pairs of surprised eyes were on me. Just when I thought Liam or Ethan might say something, Jacob intervened with a laugh.

“I told you so.” Jacob laughed.

“Good guess.” Michael murmured, reluctantly handing a fifty-dollar bill to Jacob.

“So, you guessed Sussan was a white wolf and proceeded to bet on each other?” Liam asked, his face stern although his eyes sparkled with a hint of amusement.

“Oh, no.” Michael shook his head and gave me a crooked smile. “I didn’t guess you were a white wolf; I just guessed you were special.”

“What made you think I was special?” I asked, resisting the urge to sigh. While I had accepted Liam and Ethan, this whole world was still so new to me. It still seemed incredible that I could shift my shape into that of a wolf. I couldn’t fathom how the people in this pack were so accustomed to shape-shifting. The sensation itself was amazing, despite the pain.

“You have two mates. That has never happened before.” Michael shrugged and smiled at Liam and Ethan. “Plus, mates are usually pretty evenly matched. But you’re a white wolf, which makes you stronger than Liam and Ethan.”

“We will keep your secret, Alpha,” Jacob nodded towards Liam and Ethan, looking just a little more serious than Michael. “No one will know until you’re ready.”

“Alright, my dear,” Ethan nodded, and some of the tension left his shoulders.

“Are both of you prepared for what will happen after the pack replaces out?” Jacob furrowed his brow, giving me a brief look of concern.

I had a vague idea of what would happen once the whole pack knew. Liam, Ethan, and Bruma had told me how coveted white wolves were and how scarce they had always been. I wouldn’t be surprised if the pack experienced a higher number of attacks after my revelation. The thought filled me with overwhelming guilt, but I had no choice but to trust Liam and Ethan. Both were so sure their pack would accept me, but I couldn’t help but have some doubts. None of these people knew me, and Liam and Ethan were just hoping they would accept me as their ruler—a ruler who brings nothing but danger. Anyway, all I could do was stay and try to minimize the damage. Running was no longer an option, and I was determined to face this future mess head-on.

“They’re ready,” Liam nodded, his chest and arm muscles tensing. I could feel the fierce protection emanating from both Liam and Ethan, as well as the concern from Jacob and Michael. Maybe Liam and Ethan were right, maybe the people in this pack would accept me. Jacob and Michael took me in right away, bowing with grand flourishes as they called me ‘Luna’ every two seconds.

“Good. Because once the word spreads, everyone will want a piece of your partner,” Michael frowned, the lines of worry on his face deepening as Liam’s silent growl resonated in the air.

I stayed with Jacob and Michael while the twins went to visit Axel and Thomas. I didn’t feel like seeing them again, especially after the bomb Thomas dropped. The reassuring presence of Liam and Ethan was the only thing holding me together right now.

They were both so strong, so selflessly brave that it made me want to step up. The idea of leading the largest pack in the United States made my heart race and my pulse soar, but I trusted that Liam and Ethan would stand by me through it all.

After overcoming the initial shock, Liam and Ethan’s parents supported them. I had a whole support system, one not related by b***d but chosen. It was the only family I had ever known, and the only one I could ever need.

Eventually, Aly stopped. Jacob and Michael had given me a brief overview of what my duties as Luna would entail. The quick explanation of the twins’ duties made my head throb. The two supervised a lot in this pack.

“I promise we won’t hurt you. Just let yourself go,” Liam’s soothing voice floated from ahead.

I trust them, I repeated to myself over and over. With my eyes blindfolded, my other senses sharpened. I heard the crunch of leaves beneath our feet as we walked through the woods. The cool, damp air caressed my skin, and the scent of nature filled my nostrils.

Suddenly, the sound of water reached my ears. “We’ve arrived,” announced Liam.

My feet felt the presence of a softer surface, probably grass or moss. “Be careful with your steps,” Liam warned. “We’re on the shore of a small lake.”

Liam guided me carefully until I felt the shore beneath my feet. The fresh breeze brushed against my bare skin, and I knew we were close to the water. A sense of excitement washed over me, anticipating what would come next.

“Take off your clothes,” Ethan gently commanded from behind.

I hesitated for a moment, but I knew I couldn’t ignore them. Slipping out of my shirt and hoodie, I felt both vulnerable and excited at the same time. Being in the dark while the twins guided me on this unknown adventure put me in a state of submission I had never experienced before.

I felt Liam’s hands on my waist as Ethan helped me smoothly slide out of my pants. Then, they whispered in my ear, indicating that I should get rid of my underwear too.

Once naked, the cold air caressed my skin, sending a shiver down my spine. But the warm and reassuring touch of Liam and Ethan made me feel safe and protected.

“Now, walk towards the water,” said Liam.

Carefully, I took a step forward. The cold water kissed my feet and made me shiver. I slowly waded into the lake, feeling the water rise up my legs. Liam and Ethan followed me, making sure I didn’t stumble or hurt myself in the process.

Finally, when the water reached my waist, Liam stopped me. “This is good,” he whispered in my ear.

The three of us were now immersed in the lake. Despite the darkness, I could feel the warm presence of Liam and Ethan around me. Their gentle and firm hands surrounded me, holding me in a comforting embrace.

And so, we stayed there for a while, simply feeling the water surrounding us and the peace that enveloped us. Although I couldn’t see, my other senses were filled with the connection we shared. I had trusted them to guide me through the unknown, and they were responding with tenderness and care.

Eventually, as the cold began to seep into our bodies, Liam and Ethan guided me back to the shore and helped me dry off. They wrapped a soft blanket around my shoulders, and we walked back home in silence.

That night, as I returned to bed with Liam and Ethan, I felt closer to them than ever before. Not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. There was a unique and profound connection between us, and I knew we were bound by something much stronger than any word or promise.

Ethan’s whisper sent shivers down my spine, and my heart raced even faster. Although I longed to remove the blindfold and see what surprise they had prepared, I decided to trust them once again. Their soft and reassuring words gave me the security to proceed.

My nerves and anticipation mixed as I lay down on that soft, cushiony surface, surrounded by the nighttime nature. I felt them settle beside me, their warm and protective bodies close to mine. I felt completely vulnerable, but I knew I was safe in their arms.

The cool night air caressed my bare skin, and I could hear the rustling of leaves and the nocturnal life moving around me. I wondered what surprise they had in store for me.

“Relax, Sussan,” Liam whispered in my ear, his warm breath sending chills down my spine. “We promise you’ll love it.”

I trusted their words and let go. Both twins’ hands gently roamed my body, caressing every inch of skin. Their touches were light and captivating, making me shiver with pleasure. I felt adored and desired in equal measure, and that combination was intoxicating.

As their caresses became bolder, my body began to burn with desire. The twins knew how to touch me, how to ignite my skin and senses. I was completely under their spell, surrendering myself to them without reservation.
