Chapter One. The beginning of the end

I run inside my small den, which lays on the outskirts of the packterritory. Everyone else lives in fancy houses, even the other omegasbut me? Nope, I live in a cave away from everyone else though it's not avery bad cave, it is not very big which means no one can try and sneakup on me.

The minute I see the den, I push my wolf harder, scooping the bag intoour hand and rushing across the nearby border.

"Human I can't hold on much longer" my wolf cries in pain, I notice asmall bush. I throw the bag in the direction of the bush, making the bagland perfectly. I shift into my wolf curing in a ball.

"It was nice knowing you wofie. I wish I knew your name. I am sorry weare such a failure” I cry into my head

"The name is summer, and it is not your fault human” I laugh at thewolf grin she gives me before the world turns black and the last thingentering my ears is our final goodbye.
