Chapter 22- the next chapter

“Good morning, my love”, I hear someone whisper into my ear, makingme grin; I would recognise that voice anywhere.

I turn over and look at Hazyn.

“Hmm”, I respond, cuddling into him

“While 1 would love to lay in bed with you all day, we will need to getup eventually.” Hazyn sighs, making me shake my head

“Not happening”, I giggle, making Hazyn sign before pouncing.

“Stop it", I giggle as Hazyn attacks my sides where I am ticklish. Eversince I met Hazyn, something clicked into place in my brain, and I wasno longer scared of my past; it still bothers me, dont get me wrong,but it definitely helped to stop most of my fear, plus being a rouge fora short while I was one and everything going on in my life made me astronger person which was just what I needed.

“Why should 1?” Hazyn questions still attacking my side, deciding theonly way to leave this torment is to agree to get up. I slowly exhale thebreath I was holding and turn to Hazyn.

“Because if you stop, I'll drag my ass out of bed”, I state, making Hazynjump off me, taking my warm comforter with him—bloody male.

I keep my end of the deal through and reluctantly get off the bed. Andstart throwing on clothing for the day ahead.

I don't know what today is going to hold, but I decide to dresscomfortably in a pair of green and black workout pants and a blacksinglet to boot.

“What's the plan?” I question, making Hazyn look at me with a smirk.“Well, I thought we could go on a date and talk about the future, mybeautiful mate”, Hazyn responds, making me nod my head as I grab ahoodie to throw on over my outfit.

“Let's get the day started” I smile.

The minute the bedroom door is opened, I run out and start runningaway from Hazyn; I know he’s going to run after me, which is preciselywhat I want.

Before long, I run straight into Ben

“Shit”, 1 groan, falling on my ass

“Careful, Erika, you don’t want to hurt yourself’, Ben laughs, grabbingmy hand and helping me up off the ground just as Hazyn catches up tous.

“You are a slow coach”, I laugh, flinging myself into his arms makingBen smile.

“You two are so cute”, Ben laughs, making Hazyn roll his eyes.

“Don't you know it” I giggle before jumping out of Hazyns arms andgrabbing his hand, leading him away from the hallway and towards thekitchen so that I can get a cup of coffee?

Once we reach the kitchen, I start pouring the coffee into my mug,which someone had already put on the bench with the milk and sugarfor me so that I can quickly get my morning started

I am so glad I came across the pack when I did because they havechanged my life in so many ways.

"So when's the date” I question, taking a sip of my coffee while leaningagainst the kitchen counter.

“Whenever you want, I thought, although boring, our date could just beus going for a walk and swim”, hazyn admits rubbing the back of hisneck.

“Sounds perfect”, I smile, leaning in to give him a kiss before quicklyfinishing my coffee.

“Let's go” I smile before walking out the front door. I stop halfwaybefore the tree line waiting for hazyn to catch up to me so that we cancontinue the walk together.

“Come on, slow coach”, I laugh

“I'm coming, hold your horses”, hazyn respond before catching up tome

I take his hand in mine and start walking into the tree line. We spendthe first bit of the walk-in silence just enjoying each other's companyand enjoying being official mates with each other.

“So what you wanna talk about” I question, breaking the silence after awhile

“I want to talk about us and our future, what we want to happen; youknow, conversations that normal couples have before getting serious”,hazyn says before leading me west towards the waterfall.

I can understand him wanting to talk about this. There's definitely a lotwe need to talk about.

Are we gonna get married? Have kids? Are we going to stay livingwhere we are or are we going to get a new place? How are we going towork out looking after The pack? am I just going to be a normal Lunaworking with the kids or will I be allowed to help make some of thePack decisions?

“Sounds like a good idea” i state before allowing Hazyn to take controlof the conversation.

“I want us to get married, you become alpha after awhile and I do allthe Luna duties; you are deserving of so much; more then I can evergive you and I want us to be a family” Hazyn smiles

“I would love to marry you one day” I respond making Hazyn smile.“Then why wait; let's get married next weekend. It doesn't have to beanything big unless you want it to be, a back yard Wedding with thepack or something; I can get the girls to help you work it out as long asyour happy I am” Hazyn responds quickly almost knocking me off myfeet.

“What's the rush?” I question confused about why it has to be so quick;I had always imagined a fairytale wedding after having been engagedfor around a year.

“I want to ge a husband, your husband and I don't want to wait anylonger” he states. I look Hazyn up and down and realize that my dreamgrowing up doesn’t matter because I love this man and want him to bemy husband.

“Yes, next weekend we shall wed”
