SCARLETT:

My heart thumped so hard in my chest, and I tried so much to hold my breath, but it just wasn’t working. I was certain she had found out that I was in there,

Curling my fingers, I shut my eyes for a second and when I opened them, I was standing in the room with Luna Aurora a few steps away from me,

I had stepped out of my hiding place myself because I had a plan,

"Scarlett, what are you doing here and how did you get in here?" She questioned me, tucking her hand behind her back so she could hide her phone. Her gaze was so sharp, and I knew she was waiting for an answer from me,

Whatever answer I had, I knew she was a little scared from the look on her face, "I know what you did that night Luna." I finally uttered after a few seconds of staring at ourselves but she arched her brows at me,

"What..."

"You killed the late Luna Queen."

I watched as she widened her eyes in shock, and turned around towards the door before cocking her head back at me,

Fuck! I was damn right. She really was the one who killed the Luna Queen and yet she had always acted so innocent. Dexter’s guts wasn’t wrong after all,

"What are you talking about Scarlett? What did you hear?"

"I heard every damn thing you said on the phone and I know what happened that night. Cut the act,"

As I said the last words, she chuckled and released her hand from her back. Then she let out a deep breath afterward,

"So what if you know what I did and what if you heard everything I said on the phone?" She uttered with so much courage, "Go ahead, go out and tell the world what you heard, and let’s see who they believe. I’ve done so much for this pack that no one would believe you, Scarlett." She paused and released a grin on her face

"And Dexter, do you think he would believe you too? I’m pretty certain he hates you as much as he hates me now." She continued,

I curled my fingers, my nails sinking into my flesh as I stared at her,

At this point, she was right and when I didn’t have any choice, I lowered my gaze to her,

"I want the same thing you want, Luna, please help me."

She chuckled aloud again, but this time, I didn’t raise my gaze at her because I was embarrassed. She was just a bitch, but right now, I desperately needed
