EVANS POV

I opened my eyes feeling so happy waking up. I couldn't understand where the happiness was coming from. I felt someone holding which at first confused me. I looked down to see Rosie sleeping peacefully with her adorable lips parted. Her hands were wrapped "Like you want to also let her go you yourself. I mean look at where your hands are." Axel said to me with a smirk on his face.

I looked down again to see my hands were around her waist. Now I get why my hands felt so warm. It was because of body temperature.

I smiled when she began to move closer to me.

"Our mate looks so beautiful." Axel drooled.

"You are right about that Axel." I answered him.

"If only you didn't reject her, she would have born beautiful pups for us already."

"WHAT THE F**K AXEL." I screamed in my mind surprised by what he just said.

"There is no way we will have kids right now. I mean we are both young and we can't be parents yet. We both haven't graduated from school yet so quit the ideas from your mind." I warned him.

"Arghh your such a spoil spot. I mean there's nothing bad in having pups now." he said rolling his eyes.

"I don't care but no we won't be having any pups. Not now maybe in five years to come." I strictly said. "FIVE FUCKING WHAT?"

He shouted with a loud growl in my head causing me to flinch.

"You can't say that you dumb asshole. Five years is too long. By that time we should be having a child who is four years old already." he added.

"Axel hear me out first. The reason I'm against us having children now is because one, I want to spend more time alone with Rosie. I want to know more about her, I want to be more attached to her, I want to spend more days just with her but if we have a kid right now we might not be able to do all that because we have to give our attention to our pup. Second reason is I need time to prepare on how to be a strong and respected alpha. I don't want my child to be born only to replace out his or her dad is just an ordinary alpha. I need to set good examples to my child. I want to be not only a good alpha but an excellent father. I need to work on that also. I mean on how to be a father. I have no idea how I'm going to do that. I need intense training." I explained to him.

Axel said nothing after that. He just went mute. I thought maybe he had fallen asleep or something.

"Wow I must say you this human are full of surprises. Hearing you speak melted my heart. You sounded like a grown up. You sure are growing fast and I'm happy. Really I'm so happy. Your reasons made so much sense and I totally agree with you. But there is no way I will wait for five freaking years before we make mate. You better not try that."

I laughed at him.

"I will think about it." I said to him.

"But honestly we need to talk about how to help mate out. I seriously don't like the nightmares she's having. I hate the fact that she can't sleep well because of them. Also Sun and I spoke about it. She revealed to me that before it was really bad. Mate doesn't be herself whenever she has a nightmare." Axel voice sounded so serious.

Her nightmare disturbs me also. This is the second time I have seen her struggling in her nightmare. I hate the fact that she's beating herself down with her parents death. Although I can understand, it's not a pretty sight to watch your parents die right in front of your eyes. Also she was young at that time. It must really have hit her bad. Hell forget what I said earlier, I don't can't understand what she felt back then when she witness the accident. And to say she always smiled and was still standing strong, she sure is an amazing person. I was foolish to not have noticed it before. Just as I have promised her, I will definitely replace a way to stop her from seeing such disturbing dreams. I don't mind if it will take days, months or even years, I won't stop trying. She began to move. She was slowly waking up. I fixed my eyes on her face not taking them off as I watched her open her left eye first before the right one opened also. She quickly shut them back before opening them again letting me see her emerald eyes clearly. She looked up first and I could see her face had a confused look. She looked round before her eyes stopped at my face. She took some seconds to look at me before her eyes grew big. She moved away from me and pushed me away. "What are you doing?" she quickly asked me.

"I'm admiring your beauty." I said to her smiling.

"Are you are freak or something? How can you be looking at me when I'm sleeping. That's so freaking."

"Well I don't see anything wrong in me admiring my beautiful mate right?"

Her cheeks began to turn red.

"Awwn is my beautiful mate blushing? How cute." I teased her.

She carried a pillow and threw it on me.

"Shut up you freak."

She jumped from the bed and quickly ran into the bathroom locking it behind her.

I laughed at her. She was really adorable. I stayed on the bed as I waited for her to come out.

After few minutes gone, she finally opened the door.

"Why are you still here?" she asked looking surprised.

"What kind of question is that, of course I am waiting for you to come out." I replied her. "Ohh."

"Now that your here let's go to the kitchen and let's cook today." I said feeling so excited.

"NO" she screamed forcefully taking me back with surprise.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to come out like that but please no we can't cook together, I beg you. I don't have strength right now and I can't have a headache. Thank you." she added giving me a face.

I should feel offended but nope I was actually replaceing it so funny that I couldn't stop myself from laughing out loud.

"Am I so bad as a student?" I asked her already knowing her answer.

"Truth be told, no offence though but you aren't bad but worst. Please stay away from cooking." she answered.

I laughed. I was happy she was getting free to talk to me the way she wants. At least she doesn't fear me.

"Alright I get your point but I will still follow you to the kitchen and keep you company. I promise to only sit down and watch you."

"Fine only sit down and watch." she warned.

I quickly nodded my head.

I left the bed and walked out of the room with her in front. As she was walking my eyes mistakenly looked down at her a*s. Damn I must say she had the perfect size. This was actually the first time I was looking at her like this. My eyes have never went down. I loved how she walked.

"I can't wait to spank that a*s or watch as it jiggles as we take her from behind." Axel growled.

"Can you stop it. I can't have a boner or a cold shower all because of you. So better shut up." I warned him.

We entered the kitchen and as I promised, I looked for a chair to sit down. She started making noddles. I seriously wanted to help out so I decided to asked when she was chopping the some carrots.

"Erm Rosie please can I at least help you in chopping the carrots. I'm really good at handling knives. Let me show you." I quickly stood up and walked to her.

"Are you sure? Don't cut your hand off." she warned me.

I scoffed.

"I'm a grown up please. I can't cut my hand don't worry."

She gave me the knife and stood aside to watch. I started to cut the carrots the same size I saw her cutting it earlier.

"I see you are not bad. That's good at least you have some use here." she said smiling as she walked to check the noddles.

"Was that a compliment or an insult? Because I feel like it's the latter." I turned to her.

"Well I guess it's a compliment." she answered.

"You guess? Wow. No really Rosie just wow."

She laughed at me. The sound of her laughter was so nice to hear. I smiled as I looked at her laughing. Her face looked so beautiful and it shined.

"Don't be offended okay. Soon we will replace out the other stuffs you are good at. Don't you worry." she said after she stopped laughing.

"I am really good at so many things cooking wise. Is just that it's taking time for me to reveal them all to you but soon I will show you what I can actually do. Get ready to be amazed." I said confidently. "Hmm is that so. Then I can't wait to see them all." she replied with a smirk on her face.

"I will make you regret ever looking down on me and teasing me."

"Before that, can you chop faster so I can add it to the food." she said.

"On it." I quickly turned and continued chopping the carrots.

After I was done, I went back to my seat because there was nothing I could do again. I waited for her to finish cooking before we moved to the dinning table. We sat down to eat.

We talked about some food that we liked to eat and those we hated. We were talking and eating having a good time together.

I was about to raise my fork when I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I knew what it meant immediately.

I quickly stood up startling Rosie making her pour noddles on her clothes.

"Evans are you okay? Why did you jump like that?" she asked glaring at me.

"My mother. Something is wrong with my mother."

I said as I rushed to leave. I wasn't myself any longer. I just needed to leave. I need to see my mum right now.

I just hope she's fine. Please let her be safe.
