Makahi POV:

“We have covered the mojarity of the western region that where most of his allies were located.” Montago said now looking at the map I was looking at earlier. “I still don’t buy that they don’t know anything. I feel like a little convincing wouldn’t hurt.” Lynn said cleaning her nails with her knife. I glanced at her seeing the seriousness on her face along with Mina and Shawna nodding their heads in agreement. I had to admit that those females could handle themselves pretty while and they didn’t mind getting a little dirty convincing folks to talk as Lynn put it. I couldn’t help but admire them. Suddenly the door slammed open and the doc came barreling in breathing heavenly. “I I I” “Spit it out doc we’re in the middle of.” “I found her.” The doc managed to get out between breathes.

“WHAT!!” We all yelled, jumping up and rushing to the doc. “What did you just say?” I said grabbing the doc by the shoulder. “I just received an email from the alpha.” The doc said holding up his phone. I grabbed his phone sitting in the chair nearest to me because I didn’t think my legs would hold me up if it was bad news. I clicked on the email and the video attached. The first thing I saw was my mate pacing around a room apparently giving everyone hell banging on the door and trying anything to pick the lock. She was so beautiful and she was still pregnant her stomach round with my pups which seems to be sending her running to the bathroom. Smiling through tears the video cuts off suddenly. Maka growled and everyone gasped, when the video went black.

Alpha Zane the evil bastard popped on the screen smiling. “As you can see my mate is still alive and well and so is your pup.” I paused and growled at the mention of Ji’lahni being his mate. “But something is happening and my staff with their limited resources and knowledge of a human wolf pregnancy we’re at a loss. So I need your doc here since he is the only one who has any information of what’s happening. There is no time to waste. I had to sedate her in order to keep her and the babies alive for now. Alpha Makahi I kmow you’re watching this, so I will be sending a team to retrieve your pack doctor in 12 hours. But if you want your pup to have any chance at surviving you will make sure everything goes smoothly and no secret attacks or plans trying to replace me or my mate. If I or my men noses even twitches like it could be a trap or setup. I will not be responsible for what happens to your pup after that, so I will think long and hard before you try to do anything foolish. I’ll send the coordinates 3 hours before someone will arrive to retrieve the doctor and make sure he packs everything he needs, our clinic is still new so we have nearly no equipment to provide adequate care. You have 3 hours.” Alpha Zane said as the video cut out.

I rewind the video back just to see her face again to see and make sure she was truly ok. Knowing she and my pups were alive gave me and my wolf renewed determination. “We need a plan.” “Are you sure the alpha seem very adamant that we don’t try anything.” My mother chimed in. “Doc get out of here and pack everything you will need to save my mate and my pups. You will not know anything, that way you won’t have to lie which is important. You just have to trust me.” I said looking at the nervous doc. “Yes Alpha I trust you I will do everything I can to help save our Luna and the pups.” He said getting up leaving the room. “Well son what’s the plan.” My father asked as I paced formulating a plan. “We need to be able to follow or track the doc but we know that they will be checking for any tracking device on the doc I’m sure they expect it. So what we need to do is hide them in hard places but places they will replace and destroy then they won’t notice the one that will be in plain site. Hunter go grab some tracking devices that we can place on the doc’s equipment and even some on his clothing. But what he won’t know about is the ones we will put on the plane itself.” I said going to my desk and sitting down writing out a plan of action.

“Alpha we have the tracking devices on the doc’s equipment they will be hard to replace but they will be found if not then it’s even better for us.” Hunter said coming into the office. “Great. Lynn has the device that will be on the plane itself. Shadow is going to pick a fight with one of the guards and put a tracking device on him. Also I have a pea size camera that I need you to put on the other guards that will try and protect their guard I want to have more then one tracking device just in case.” I said as Hunter smiled everyone was itching to bloody anyone helping to keep their Luna hostage. “No problem I’m gonna enjoy this.” He said getting up leaving the room

Just as the doc forwarded another video email from Alpha Zane. “Doc in 3 hours I need you to be at the coordinates I will forward to you as soon as this video ends. Oh and I’m sure your alpha is watching as well. Please don’t plan anything stupid I would hate to have your pup shipped back to you in a box. 3 hours don’t be late.” The video ended and the coordinates popped up. “It’s show time.” I mindlinked everyone. As I got up heading for the clinic. Time to bring my mate and pups home. “Just hang on a little longer baby I’m coming.”

Ji’lahni POV: 16hrs later

Why is it my eyes always seems to be glued shut. And who the hell is kicking me in the bladder. MY BABY! My eyes flew open and I felt my baby kick I breathe a sigh of relief and then the need to pee. I look around getting up slowly as the fog clears. The pain was gone thank god sliding off the bed. “Woah woah miss Nelson you have to be careful.” The doc came in running in. I blinked in shocked and almost forgot I had to pee and a little pee came out. What the hell is up with this being pregnant means you lose the ability to hold your pee. “Doc what? Where? When? Hold on stay right there I have to pee.” I said as ran to the bathroom. “Oh God I swear this kid is bringing my bladder when he comes because I’m pretty sure he has detached it and using it as a squishy.” I said as I exited the bathroom. Looking up to see the doc still here and I wasn’t dreaming. I wobbled to him and hugged him crying I know I don’t really know him but he was the only person connected to my family and Kahi and he renewed my hope of getting out of here.

He was pretty shocked too. “Uh hello miss Nelson let’s get you back in bed you’re not out of the woods yet so you have to take it easy. “Yea Ok so when are we breaking the hell out of here?” I whispered. Letting him lead me back to the bed which was now a nice full size bed with a whole bunch of new equipment that didn’t look like this was a short visit. Stopping and turning to the doc I ask again. “So when are we breaking out of here?” Looking nervous and looking everywhere but at me. He whispered. “I don’t know I don’t know anything the alpha thought it best that I didn’t know. I just need to keep you and the pups alive for now so can you please lay back down I want to have a look at them now that you’re awake.” He said. And I frowned but let him escort me back to the bed. “What kind of bullshit a*s plan is that. How will we know when to be ready to get the hell out of here doc. And why are you saying pups with an s and saying them as in plural. Zane said werewolves only birth 1 baby and all boys. I said while he put lube on my stomach smiling ” Well miss Nelson you’re not a wolf so I think that cancels out what we wolves know to be true about pregnancies.” Pointing to the screen as he moves the ultrasound camera and clear as day two faces. “Oh my God there’s 2 babies?”

“Yes there is 2 pups and one of them is actually a girl.” “What!? A girl.” I said covering my mouth as the tears flowed the shock happiness and fear was now doubled I had 5 people I had to survive for. And that was a bit overwhelming especially when the doc has no plan. “Does your alpha and his mate know? Even if they do I hope they don’t have plans to take my babies because I will kill EVERYONE before I allow them to take my babies. I know they are half wolves and I know nothing about wolves but I will learn and make sure they know both human and wolf culture but I will not be giving up my babies. I will destroy your entire community.” I said little to calmly for the doc because he gasped and turned gray I guess picturing it. I didnt care he needed to take me seriously because i was and i know i had 3 people that would help me with a smile on their faces. He recovered quickly. “Of course the alpha knows he had been searching everywhere for you he is unhinged with worry.” He says which I relaxed knowing he was looking for me even thought i know it’s because of the babies but I don’t care as long as he looking I know my family is helping to so I have to believe they have a plan I will do what I always do, be ready so I won’t have to get ready.

“Aahh Lahni you’re awake you are looking so much better since the doc arrived.” “Don’t call me that, my name is Ji’lahni we’re not friends.” “Awe don’t be so mean I got the doc here just for you and saved your mut.” Zane said walking into the clinic. “Uh Alpha Zane we really need to keep miss Nelson’s b***d pressure and stress under control. When I got here her b***d pressure was not great which may have contributed to her pain.” The doc said shielding me from Zane’s approach. Which was weird because I don’t really know him like that but I am carrying his Alpha’s babies so that maybe it. “Doc are you implying that I’m the cause for her current state?” He stepped in the doc’s face. Looking at him like he crazy.

“Ah yes you’re the only person to blame. You had me and my family in a prison where you’re men took our b***d and beat us everyday and now you’re keeping me hostage and plan to force me to mate you. So it’s pretty damn obvious you’re the blame.” I said getting angier as I think about everything I have been through. The machine starts beeping and the doc hurries over to stop the machine. “Miss Nelson take a beep breath you have to try and calm down. This is a high risk pregnancy and we’re flying blind already, so let’s keep your stress levels under control. Alpha Zane do you mind leaving while I try and calm her down you’re presence isn’t helping at the moment.” The doc said while administrating some pinkish liquid into my IV. “Fine! But we will be having dinner later tonight just the two of us so you better get your emotions under control.” He said storming out.

“Are you ok?? How do you feel?” The doc asked. “I feel ok actually. What was that stuff you just gave me?” I said pointing at my IV bag. “Ah yes when I found out that you were pregnant with half werewolf pups I was afraid that because your b***d contained wolfbane that you would harm the pups. So I started working on a medicine that would counteract the affect of wolfbane and your human DNA to make your body a acceptable host for the pups.” The doc answered.

“Wait what? why would that harm my babies if they’re my babies shouldn’t they react the same why I do?” “Well miss there was no way of knowing for sure at the time because you had already been taken before I could do a complete analysis on you and the babies. But it seems the babies are very strong which is also surprising. Usually when a she wolf is pregnant with an alpha pup she inherit some of his aura as a way of protecting his mother. I thought that was because you were pregnant and they were half human and two of them that they would be weaker then the average alpha pup. But they are very strong I can see your aura is stronger then I could ever imagine far stronger then any she wolf’s aura, in fact do you mind spitting Salvia into this cup I want to test a theory.” The doc said handing me a small cup. I’m looking at him like he done lost his mind or on some freaky type s**t. Why the hell does he want my spit. He seems a little too damn excited to me. But he seems nerdy as hell and could just be excited about testing whatever theory he came up with. So I spit as much into the cup as I can which ironically was easy if my pictured Zane trying to touch me in any way made me want to throw up.

Taking the spit cup away he had one of those big qtip and dipped it inside the cup and then grabbed my arm where the scratch is. It was actually looking alot better since coming here the nurse she cleaned it really good and even stitched it back up. The doc removed some of the stitches and then used the qtip and applied the spit to my arm which was f*****g gross even if it was my own spit. But as soon as he applied it my arm started to close and heal immediately. “Holy s**t. What in the entire hell!?” I whispered. “Exactly as I thought you too have inherited your pups ability to heal.” The doc said while I looked in shock. “Well damn I wish I knew that a long time ago. It doesn’t even hurt. Now that’s one less thing I have to worry about when my cousins come to get me. I need to start training again doc so I will be ready.” I said feeling hopeful. “Don’t get to excited you’re still high risk and there is a lot of things unknown about your pregnancy. I want to watch you closely and document everything you feel and go through so I will run test and ask you a lot of questions. It will be annoying but having as much information as possible will help out future humans that may become pregnant by another wolf. This is ground breaking you will be in history books for our kind.” The doc says.

“I understand your point and I would agree but at this moment survival and getting out of here alive is at the top of my list no offense but I could give a God damn about being in history books or being the first in anything werewolf. As you can see some of yall crazy and I’m not really thrilled to be apart of anything dealing with werewolves.” I said thinking of the last few weeks. “Yes I understand but please reconsider it if just to help someone after you who may need guidance.” “You’re right I apologize I’m just frustrated and emotional. I’ll help the best I can but again my first priority is replaceing a way out of here and being prepared when my family comes for me.” I said turning to look at doc.

“Deal.” The doc says just as the door opens and Zane come in carrying expensive box. “I see youre feeling better. I brought you a surprise for our 1st dinner date tonight to celebrate our upcoming mating ceremony.” He said smiling at me. “Sir please stop acting like you’re not forcing me into this. I’m not putting on whatever it is you have in that damn box. You can gone head and take it with you when you leave.” I sneered. “Well that’s unfortunate. I guess I will have to take the doc here and make him really uncomfortable such a shame I bought him here in order to keep you healthy and to save your pup in exchange for you willing becoming my mate and that includes you acting the loving mate, but oh well.” He says shrugging his shoulders as men burst into the room dragging the doc out.

“WAIT! I’ll wear what’s in the damn box now leave the doc alone.” I said not wanting the doc to suffer for my stubbornness. “See you made the right decision be ready in an hour.” Zane said before walking out. “Miss Nelson you didn’t have to do that I’m tougher than I look.” The doc said coming over to check my b***d pressure again. “Im sure you are but you will need to keep your strength up for when we breakout of here. Because if my family doesn’t come soon we will have to do it ourselves. I will not have my babies in here.” “No worries Miss Nelson I trust my alpha he will replace us.” “Well that makes one of us.”
