"Well," Caleb and the elders all fell silent.

They knew that Renee's words were reasonable and that the Morrisons were supposed to be fullyresponsible for security.

Even if Felton and the Apostles could not defeat Leon, the Morrisons were not supposed to stand idlyby while Felton destroyed the sales drive.

If they allowed this to happen, they would not be able to face Leon afterward.

Still, the Western Boss and the Fermers were a formidable force.

If the Morrisons sided with Leon to go against the Fermers, this would cause unpredictable losses tothe Morrisons.

Instantly, the three of them were at a crossroads and did not know what to do.

Caleb knew that the Fermers were always at odds with the Morrisons.

Though he did not wish to declare war against the Fermers over an outsider, Hugo was right.

The Western Boss was ambitious and a great threat to the Morrisons.

Even if the Morrisons refrained from fighting the Western Boss and the

Fermers, the Western Boss would likely target them in the future as well.

They were destined to be enemies, so it seemed pointless for the Morrisons to be cautious.

It would be foolish of them to hold back.

Meanwhile, Leon observed the scene without leaping into action.

First of all, he mistakenly thought that Felton was leading the vanguard and that the Southern andWestern Bosses would arrive afterward.

He did not attack Felton because he was waiting for the others to arrive.

"No way! Felton, Mister Wolf is our business partner and this sales drive determines the joint profit forboth Cynthion Group and the Morrisons. If you try to harm Mister Wolf or destroy the sales drive, youwill have to get past us first!" Caleb scoffed.

Out of consideration for the greater good, he intends to accept advice from Hugo and Renee to fightthe Fermers alongside Leon.
