He fought Leon multiple times and lost every single time. Because of that, he resented Leon anddesperately wished for his demise.

With the Southern Boss and the Western Boss going against Leon, they had the upper hand. Hence,he was reluctant to see the Western Boss backing out and sparing Leon.

"I know! Felton, don't worry. I will destroy that kid and avenge you!" With a cold look in his eyes, theWestern Boss made his choice.

The Fermers targeted Leon repeatedly mainly because they wished to obtain Cynthion Group.

As the grievances between the Fermers and Leon deepened, there was no way that the Western Bosswould spare Leon or give up on taking Cynthion Group even if the Dragon Corps was involved.

He was not worried about being punished by the Dragon Corps.

Given his strength in the Peak Almighty State and his influence in the western region, the DragonCorps would not be able to do much to him since he could blame it all on the Southern Boss.

"Good choice, Western Boss." The Southern Boss sighed a breath of relief.

He was glad that he did not inform the Western Boss about Leon's true strength, causing the Fermersto repeatedly suffer losses at Leon's hands.

At this point, the grievances between Leon and the Fermers deepened to the point of no return.

Otherwise, the Western Boss would have chosen to retreat to protect his own family.

The Southern Boss was one step ahead of the Western Boss.

"Why you!" Levi was furious.

Since the Western Boss was determined to side with the Southern Boss and had the upper hand, therewas nothing Levi could do.

"Very well! Western Boss, I've given you a chance. Since you are so deadset on dying, I will have bothyou and the Southern Boss eliminated!" Leon laughed angrily.

He was going to spare the Western Boss out of consideration for the greater good, but since theWestern Boss did not appreciate it, he would not be merciful.

Without another word, he fired up his spiritual energy and prepared to attack, when Levi stopped him.

"Mister Wolf, the Southern Boss, and the Western Boss are too strong for us. I think the DragonGuards should stay behind to stall them while you leave with the Thompsons. Once you get out of here

safely, contact Mister Orpwood and Mister Glasbey to send more people here. This is the way for us towin!" Levi said.

Though he did not know why Mister Orpwood left Leon in charge, he knew that they were no match forthe Southern Boss and the Western Boss.

At the moment, retreating was the best option.

Once Leon got out safely, he could wait until Alfred and Mister Orpwood returned, before working withthem to eliminate the Southern Boss and the Western Boss.

When that was accomplished, the Southern Boss and the Western Boss would surely perish. This wasa far better plan than facing the Southern Boss and the Western Boss head-on.
