The Gamma's Heart
The Gamma’s Heart – Bonus Chapter

6 Months Later

“Push baby, you’ve got this.” Wyatt held Clara’s hand as she started pushing again.

The due date for their baby was last month but she wasn’t ready to be born. And if Clara hadn’t gone into labor last night then they would have scheduled her for cesarean section.

Noah stood on her other side as she took a moment to rest before she had to push again.

“I hate you both!” Clara panted, then took a deep breath as she felt another contraction. She held both Noah and Wyatt’s hand and squeezed them tightly.

“Alright push. You are almost there.” Uriel said as he urged her to keep going.

Taking another deep breath Clara pushed with all her might, she was scolding herself for not getting that epidural.

She was defiantly geting her tubes tied after this, or they were getting a vasectomy.

“Head is out Luna. One more push then you can rest.” I let out a small cry and winced when I felt those dreadful contractions.

I pushed again, and after a few seconds I felt something come out. This baby would be my first vaginal delivery the others were born by C-section.

“It’s a girl, congratulations!” I heard Uriel say. Both Wyatt and Noah kissed my head I had tears going down my face and Clary was yipping and jumping for joy at the announcement of our new pup.

She was placed on my chest and I instantly wrapped my arms around her.

I looked down at her and smiled.

She had black hair like Bailey and Wyatt’s brown eyes. There was no doubt she was his.

“Wyatt, she has your eyes.” I told him and looked up at him, he had tears rolling down his face, I then looked over at Noah and he too had tears going down his cheeks.

They didn’t care who was the father of our kids. They treated them like their own even if they weren’t theirs, but because they were mine.

I kissed her little head and took in a deep breath of her scent. She smelled like fresh apples, just like Bailey. My boys smelled like chocolate, and it made sense because they loved chocloate, they’d bathe in it if they could.

“Welcome to the world Brooklyn Jeanne!” I whispered to my daughter.

7 months later

Brooklyn was now learning to crawl.

So we had to make sure she didn’t get into anything when she moved around.

We mostly kept her in her walker to keep her from grabbing things she shouldn’t.

“Mommy mommy!” Bailey ran up to me and hugged my legs. I was making lunch, she just got back from Uncle Brandon’s house.

I leaned down and picked her up and she instantly wrapped her arms around my neck. “I missed you mama!”

I giggled and hugged her back. “I missed you too peanut.” She was only gone for 2 days but it felt like years.

2 of my blys wanted to stay with Josie and Micah since they had a baby boy that was just a few months older than Brooklyn.

Jordan was in the living room watching cartoons while I made him something to eat.

“Where is your uncle at babygirl?” I asked her and she pulled back with a big smile.

“Trying to wrangle Danielle inside.” I laughed at her and nodded. “Let’s go help him shall we?”

My brother and Keela adopted a little girl that had lost her parents durring the attack that killed my parents and Noah’s mom.

She’s 7 but has real bad nightmares and anxiety from what happened, and quite honestly I didn’t blame her for all the trauma she has been through.

Poor thing watched her parents die.

As we got to the porch I heard crying coming from the car, both Brandon and Keela were trying to soothe her but it seemed like it wasn’t working.

I placed Bailey down and walked over to them.

“Let me try, keela!” I whispered and she moved. I got in the car sitting beisde her and sighed.

“You know…” I turned to her and smiled sadly. “My parents died too.” She stopped crying and looked at me.

“You don’t have to speak to me. It’s okay I know what you are feeling. It hurts knowing I won’t beable to see them again.” Danielle nodded her head then looked out my window where my brother and Keela were standing.

“I miss them!” She said softly.

“Would a hug help?” She sat there and thought about what I asked for a full 2 minutes.

Brooklyn had begun to cry because she realized she couldn’t see me.

“Yes ma’am a hug would help. I’m sure it would help you too.” I couldn’t help but laugh at her. I then opened my arms and she moved closer then hugged me as tightly as she could.

She was right, a hug did help for this exact moment. “Wanna go and see Brooklyn?” I asked her and she nodded her head. “We have to get out of the car to see her.”

She tightened her hold on me then let go. “I can do it.” She said with a huge smile on her face.

I opened the door and got out, then held my hand out for her to take. She took it then hopped out the vehicle, she smiled at Keela as she stood there.

I kneeled down to her level and whispered into her ear. “I know they can’t replace your parents, but they do love you like you are their own.”

Her face lit up momentarily, she then let my hand go and ran over to Keela and hugged her with all her might.

As I walked by Keela mumbled a “thank you” to me and I just smiled at her then went in search of my brother.

When I entered I heard lots of giggling coming from the living room, I walked over and leaned on the wall.

Seeing my brother playing with Jordan, Bailey and Brooklyn made my heart warm.

He was crawling around on the floor, trying to get Brooklyn to mimic his movements, him doing that was was hilarious but also beautiful at the same time.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around me and I melted into them. Noah nuzzled my neck and I giggled because the facial hair on his face tickled me.

“Hey angel.” He whispered then out of nowhere 2 of my little munchkins barreled into me.

Looking down Levi and Zackary were staring up at me. Their green eyes twinkling a bit. “Hi” I said to them.

“We missed you mommy.” Levi said, then ran over to Jordan.

Zackary held his arms up and I laughed. I leaned down and picked him up placing him on my h*p.

I seen Danielle come in with a smile on her face. She then went over and tackled Brandon who then began tickling her mercilessly.

Keela came over and stood beside me and Noah. “I don’t know what you said to her, but thank you.” She had tears in her eyes.

Zackary reached for her and she took him. He then reached up and wiped away one of her fallen tears then hugged her. “Auntie Keela can I stay with you tonight?”

That little traider, I thought to myself.

“Of course you can baby. You can help me surprise uncle Brandon.” She whispered the last part to him and he giggled.

She then looked at me and whispered to me “I’m gonna tell him tonight after dinner.” I smiled brightly and nodded my head.

She was atleast 12 weeks pregnant and wanted to replace a way to tell him but didn’t know how to do it.

So she asked me and I told her to have Danielle tell him. If she included her then she wouldn’t feel so left out.

I then seen Wyatt come in, he came over and gave me a k**s and I smiled into it. “How has your day been, sweetheart?”

“It’s been one of the best days ever.” I told him and he smiled, he then turned around and went over to Brooklyn and picked her up.

“Dada!” She said and his smile grew 10 times bigger. “Oh my god, she said her first word.” He squealed loudly.

Bailey, Jordan, Zackary, and Levi all said ‘mama’ first, so her saying ‘dada’ proved how much of a daddy’s girl Brooklyn is going to be

As Brandon played with the kids on the floor and Wyatt danced around with Brooklyn I felt my heart swell with love.

This was all I ever wanted.

I gg never thought I’d have children and here I am with 5 beautiful babies, 2 loving mates and a family that extends beyond b***d.

I’d never beable to thank the Moon Goddess for everything she has blessed me with.

I love every single aspect of my life.

Who could ask for anutjimg more than this?
