Chapter 976

'How about I go with you?"

Molly hesitated before suddenly making a decision.

For the state that Sean was in at the moment, she didn't feel comfortable letting him go like this. What if something bad happened?

Sean cocked his brows. "Are you sure? What about the work that you have to do?"

’Everything at the research laboratory is on track. There won't be any problems if I leave for a couple of days. As for the school, it's the

weekend, so there's no rush." After Molly finished speaking, she felt even more determined. She turned to Tony and said, "Book a plane

ticket for me as well."

Tony looked at Sean and saw that he didn't disagree, so he did what he was told.

At about 11 o'clock in the evening, Molly packed her luggage and set off towards the airport with Sean and Tony.

After they boarded the plane, Sean said to Molly in a gentle voice, "Get some sleep if you're tired. I'll wake you up when we land."

"Okay." Molly nodded and then said to Sean, "You should get some rest as well. We don't know how late we're going to stay up until. I'm

worried that your body might not be able to stand all the stress."

"Okay." Sean nodded with a smile.

After the plane had taken off, both Sean and Molly took a short nap.

Two hours later, the plane landed. Tony had arranged for a car to pick them up. They then set offstraight for their destination.

At about two o'clock in the morning, it was very dark at the abandoned port. There was a fishing boatthat suddenly shone a light into the dark night and was drifting towards the abandoned port.

The yellow lamp at the front of the fishing boat made it look out of place.

A while later, the fishing boat pulled in to shore. A muscular man with dark skin walked off the fishingboat.

The muscular man was on the phone. "Where are you? Are you here yet? We'll only be waiting for fiveminutes."

"Coming. We'll be right there to get on the boat."

A desperate voice sounded on the other end of the line.

Then there was the sound of rushing footsteps.

Trevor climbed out of an old and broken cabin in the dark.

He rushed towards the fishing boat as fast as he could. It was as if he was worried that if he had beenany slower, something bad might happen.

Recently, he had been hiding wherever he could. He couldn't use his IDs nor could he live in hotels. Hewas like a mouse in the wild and didn't dare come out during the day.

Now, he finally had a chance to get a new life. He couldn't help but feel overjoyed.

Everything would be fine once he reached abroad.

That person had promised Trevor to give him a load of money and to deliver his wife and child to him.

By then, his family could be whole again and he could live a happy life abroad.

With that thought in mind, Trevor couldn’t suppress the joy deep down anymore. He ran even faster.

The fishing boat was getting closer and closer to him. Trevor would be able to get on after about another dozen yards.

That was when something unexpected happened.

The once silent port was suddenly filled with the sound of police sirens.

Then, a dozen spotlights shone from different directions and completely lit

Trevor's heart sank and he was so shocked that his mind went blank. Before he could react, a few men in black came from the side and

pinned him to the ground.

'Let go of me. Who are you? What do you want?"

Trevor struggled out of instinct.

However, he was no match for so many bodyguards alone. He was pinned to the ground and couldn't move.

The muscular man on the boat realized that something was wrong. He cursed and turned the boat around in an attempt to escape.

However, it was too late.

The police, which had been set up around the port took this chance and charged onto the fishing boat. They then took everyone on the boat

into custody.
