Gale widened her eyes suddenly as she looked right at Shawn, whowas on the ground.

The ground was full of gravel and mud. It should be quite painful.Susan repeated, “Trade you for her? Shawn, you're willing to die withme so Gale can live?”

“Yes.”

“You're willing to die?"

Shawn answered, “I just need to ensure Gale is alive.”

She could live in his place.

Susan's jealousy peaked. “Do you love her so much that you'd die forher?!"

Tears filled Gale's eyes.

Gale cried and said, “Then do you think I'm not afraid of losing you?!”Shawn felt touched.

“Galey, just hearing you say that to me is enough. At least I know youdo have feelings for me.” Shawn's smile deepened.

She was afraid of losing him too.
