As Charles said so, he also gulped down the wine in his glass.
Elis took the opportunity to hint at Tiffany, and the latter quickly walked to the other side. She stood. alongside the other waitresses beside the door, ready to serve anyone in need.
Elis stayed with Charles the whole time. They enjoyed themself and drank the wine as if it were plain
water.
At first, Tiffany was worried about Elis, thinking that she would get drunk after a while. It turned out that she had underestimated Elis. Elis' face wasn't even red, even though she'd had so much to drink. Tiffany gradually felt relieved, and her gaze shifted to Vincent. He had been sitting there, completely unaffected by the atmosphere in the room.
It seemed like this crowd didn't suit him. If someone talked to him, he responded politely, but he didn't take the initiative to talk to others. He just quietly drank the wine alone.
Looking at his back, Tiffany somehow felt that he was quite lonely.
Just then, a sexy woman in a pink dress appeared beside him. She approached him shyly with a glass of wine, hoping to drink with him. However, her hand slipped, and the wine spilled over Vincent's white shirt. "Oh, no, Mr. Lewis. I'm sorry for staining your shirt. I'll help you wipe it." She apologized, but the expression on her face was meaningful. She drew several tissues and wiped Vincent's shirt.
Instead of wiping, she touched him and drew circles on his chest with her pretty, pink nails. She looked at him passionately, her desire evident on her face.
With just a word from Vincent, she would immediately strip herself naked and sleep with him.
For some reason, Tiffany was upset when she saw this, She wasn't a fierce or confrontational person, but now she really wanted to push that woman away from Vincent.
Before she could think any further, Vincent suddenly grasped the woman's wrist. The woman took the opportunity to lean against him.
Tiffany suddenly recalled Vincent's intense desire for her that night. She couldn't help but feel hurt at the thought of him sleeping with that woman.
She was about to look away when Vincent pushed the woman away. He got up and said, "Stay away from
me."
With that, he walked out of the room.
The woman pouted, but she wasn't discouraged. She then turned to please another man.
Tiffany came out of the room a few minutes later. She saw a man smoking next to a window at the end of: the long, dimly lit corridor.
Tiffany approached him after pondering for a while.
Vincent heard the footsteps and turned his head. When he saw that it was her, he frowned as he put out the cigarette and tossed the butt into the trash can. Tiffany felt nervous every time she faced him. "Mr. Lewis."
Vincent stared at the top of her head and asked in a deep voice, "Do you not want to work in Lewis Group

anymore?"
Tiffany was taken aback and quickly denied, "No... I... L
...
She had no idea how to explain it to him. Everyone had empathy, but she didn't expect that her boss, Vincent, would empathize with an employee like her. Moreover, she had indeed violated the policy of the company by doing a part-time job. Further
explanation would make her look like she was making excuses.
Her eyes were red as she bit her lip anxiously, not knowing what to say.
Vincent's heart subconsciously softened when he saw her red eyes. He lit another cigarette, smoked it, and asked in a hoarse voice, "Are you short of money?
