When he closed his eyes, Ben felt someone rummaging through his bag. He opened his eyes and saw a young boy going through his belongings. The boy looked scared when he was caught. Ben glared at him and said sharply, “Young man, behave yourself and get lost!” The boy quickly walked away. Ben checked his bag to ensure the zipper was still closed, then hugged it tightly and returned to sleep.

In Norwood. “Gina, Ben managed to sneak out on a ferry. It was my oversight for not blocking the ports after sealing off airports and stations, allowing him to escape. However, I’ve already tracked the ferry’s destination-it’s heading to Mosnioca. The estimated arrival time is a week from now. Also, the imposter posing as you, Dr. Genevieve, is likely in Mosnioca. Ben is probably seeking refuge or reconnecting with his network. He moved his assets overseas long ago, so he’ll live well in Mosnioca and may continue his fraudulent activities. Furthermore, I’ve confirmed that Ben is the primary seller of Milaper, but he’s also making extra profit by selling them anonymously.” Michael reported to Gina.
Gina chuckled after receiving the information from Michael, realizing Ben was greedier than his son.
“By the way, Gina, you asked me to look into what Elaine is up to, and I found out that she’s heading to Mosnioca tomorrow for Princess Lisa’s suitor selection banquet. The Barnes family’s business growth over the years has been largely due to the support of Mosnioca’s noble families. As a result, the Barnes family has been somewhat dependent on them. Now, they want to break free from this situation. Sending Elaine to attend the royal banquet is likely an attempt to gain the royal family’s support and break free from this dependency. And I also learned that Elaine used cunning to secure her invitation to the banquet…”
After Michael finished speaking, Gina smirked and said, “Got it. Thanks.” After hanging up the phone, Gina prepared to brief Gabriel about her upcoming trip to Mosnioca the next day.
“So suddenly? Why didn’t you tell me earlier?” Gabriel didn’t want to have a long-distance relationship. Additionally, he wanted to spend more time with Gina, no matter where she was.
“It was a last-minute decision; I couldn’t tell you beforehand. I will handle a small matter and get back to you soon. I’ll go and come back by myself, it won’t take long. You’ve been pretty busy lately. You stay and wait for me, you don’t have to come with me. Otherwise, people might start saying that I am disturbing your career ambitions, making you lose focus on work and only think about having a relationship,” Gina said.
Upon hearing Gina’s words, Gabriel sighed reluctantly, acknowledging the truth in what she said. He was resigned but couldn’t help feeling worried. “Then go and come back quickly. Stay safe, and call me anytime if you need anything,” Gab said.
“What if I run into trouble and call you? Will you come running?” Gina joked.
Gabriel responded thoughtfully, “I can’t drop everything and come running, but I will arrange for someone to support you and help you immediately.”
That was all she needed to know, and her mood improved slightly. “Alright, I understand. You can rest assured I’ll be safe while I’m abroad. Don’t underestimate me-do you think I’ll let anyone bully me? Besides, even though we’re in the honeymoon phase, we still need our personal space, right?”
“Sorry, sorry, I underestimated you. But when I worry about you, I get flustered, making me underestimate your situation. As for your personal space, well, I don’t need it, but if you do, I will respect and support your wishes,” Gabriel responded earnestly, then began to reflect on whether he had been a bit too clingy in the past.
“Gina, you won’t stop wanting me just because I can be a bit clingy, will you?” Gabriel asked, sounding concerned.

Chapter 343
Gina was taken aback, surprised by Gabriel’s question. She found him adorable and replied, “No, I won’t.”
Gabriel smiled and said, “Then I’m relieved.”

The next day at Oriata City International Airport, Mason Greene woke up in a daze, replaceing himself seated in a wheelchair being pushed toward an airplane. He wanted to resist but was strengthless, unable to stand up. He felt weak, and his body drained after having his kidney sold by Olivia Miller under the guise of sending him abroad for treatment. Mason knew Olivia’s true intentions were far from altruistic; she might have sold him off overseas to be used for sinister purposes or, worse, to silence him. Mason tried to escape, but he couldn’t. Little did he know, his life would become unimaginably tortured after being transported to Mosnioca.
Even though the person pushing his wheelchair was leading him toward first class, Mason felt as if he was being pushed toward hell. In his moment of despair, he spotted Gina in the crowd. At that moment, all Mason could think about was pleading for Gina’s help. He knew his thoughts were unrealistic. After all, hadn’t Olivia done so many things to wrong Gina?
If Gina could save him, Mason was sure he would stand up and accuse Olivia of her wrongdoing. He would ensure Olivia was sent to prison. It must surely be the outcome Gina wanted to see, right?
Moreover, wouldn’t he just let himself be slaughtered effortlessly if he didn’t fight back now? No, he didn’t want that! So Mason began to try to get Gina’s attention. Taking advantage of the man pushing his wheelchair while chatting with the pretty flight attendant, Mason maneuvered his wheelchair in Gina’s direction. But the man quickly noticed Mason’s subtle movements. He started cursing in Estain, which Mason couldn’t understand. Then, he pulled out a towel and covered Mason’s mouth and nose. “You useless fool, just stay put. Trying to escape, huh? Idiot.”
The man thought Mason was trying to seize the opportunity to escape, unaware that Mason was looking for Gina to help him. The roofie on the towel quickly took effect, and Mason, unwilling to give in, passed out. The man then began to move Mason back to his original spot. Meanwhile, Gina, who had taken her seat, glanced in their direction upon hearing the man’s angry outburst. However, she only saw the back of the man pushing a wheelchair and couldn’t see Mason. Gina then looked away, losing interest in her surroundings and everything around her.

By the time Gina arrived in Mosnioca, it was already late at night. Gina checked into her hotel and slept through the night. Early the following day, she was awakened by the lively sounds from the street. She got up and went to the window to see what was happening. Down below, a royal band was celebrating the first day of Princess Lisa’s suitor selection banquet was taking place.
Gina received a message from Michael. [Gina, Elaine also arrived in Mosnioca last night, just like you. However, she was on different flight, so you didn’t encounter each other. Also, Elaine has arranged for people to be at Sunshine Lane, ready to “rescue” the princess.]
