Chapter 107 The Blo ody Wolf Mercenaries

It was 10pm!

Factory Three was located in an area hardly anyone went to in Sioux. It had been abandoned for a long time, dirty and dilapidated.

Just then, the factory was abuzz with chatter and laughs.

A group of foreigners dressed in bright colors sat in the factory, laughing and drinking among themselves. They were all tall and muscular, radiating a murderous aura that only people that had been on the battlefield for a long time would have.

The Blo ody Wolf Mercenaries…

They were a small team who were avid in the bloodshed and battles over in Africa.

There were not many of them, but all of them were highly-skilled and specialized in assassinations.

Prince Ezekiel was tied up not too far away, covered in blood with one of his legs broken. He wheezed and choked, as if he could suffocate any second.

“Boss, do you think that Lucian fellow’s going to show up?”

One of the members looked at the leader as he asked the question.

Bloodwolf did not answer his question. He brandished an army knife, cutting up a rare steak and slurping it up before speaking. “Well, if he doesn’t show up, I’ll hand him Prince Ezekiel’s brains myself.”

“He’ll be scared out of his wits at the mere sight of those blo ody brains. G od, the thought of it alone sounds fun.”

Another member piped up excitedly, “There’s nothing I like to see more than the fearful gaze of a citizen from Vandergrift. Just like last night, when they stared at us with eyes full of terror of us before we killed them off..”

“Ha ha ha ha!” A group of soldiers cheered loudly as they drank, laughing loudly with gazes full of disdain for Vandergrift.

This country was not a threat to them at all.

Not only were they allowed to kill whoever they liked here, they would be leaving with a huge fortune. G od, Vandergrift was probably the weakest country in the world.

Prince Ezekiel lay on the ground, looking at them fearfully. The thought of last night’s battle sent

chills down his spine every time he thought of it. The army that he had been so proud of was nothing to the Blo ody Wolf Mercenaries, easy to crush like a sheet of paper.

They had seamless teamwork and powerful personal skills. Prince Ezekiel’s men were no match

for them.

“Lucian, please don’t come…”

Prince Ezekiel lay in a pool of his blood, muttering weakly.

“Thump!”

Just then, the door of the factory was kicked open hard. The Blo ody Wolf Mercenaries looked over, and saw Lucian at the door alone..

“Look, it’s the courageous Vandergrifter!”

Bloodwolf was thrown off-guard. He had not expected for Lucian to be brave enough to show up alone. Yet his gaze soon turned murderous, and he rose to his feet. “One person walking into a death trap is better than a group of them, I guess.”

It was clear that Bloodwolf hardly saw Lucian as a threat.

To him, Lucian would be dead for sure regardless of how many men he brought. After all, the Vandergrifters were terrible fighters. Those people last night were a good example. There had been thousands of them, but not one of them were any match for the Blo ody Wolves.

Upon entering the factory, Lucian’s gaze landed on Prince Ezekiel who was covered in blood. Rage flared in his chest at once, and he stared the Blo ody Wolves down like a predator eyeing its

prey.

He had not expected for these mercenaries to go that far.

It was bad enough that they had infiltrated Sioux, but they had beaten up Prince Ezekiel so badly. Yes, they deserved to die.

“You shouldn’t have come, Lucian,” Prince Ezekiel lay on the ground, shaking his head hopelessly

at Lucian.

Lucian cast Prince Ezekiel a comforting glance, before turning to face the Wolves as his gaze flashed co olly. “Your best way out right now is to kill yourselves. I’ll at least spare you the grace of sending your bodies back to Africa.”

The Blo ody Wolf Mercenaries roared with laughter at the words, as if they had heard a great joke. Their tone was nothing but condescending.

“Foolish, prideful Vandergrifter.”

Bloodwolf stared at Lucian murderously, licking his lips like a feral beast. “I’ve forgotten how many Vandergrift soldiers I’ve killed, but I promise you you won’t be the last one. I’m going to keep on killing thousands and thousands of Vandergrifters, and do you know why? Because it’s just so, so easy to make your money. I’m getting paid five million American dollars just to kill you

alone.”

“Is that so?” Lucian smirked playfully. “Tell me who’s paying you.”

“A dead man has no reason to know this much.”

Bloodwalf did not care to keep talking to Lucian, waving a hand to the general Venomwolf behind him. “You can take him. Don’t kill him, just maim him a little. I don’t want to hand a dead man over.”

“I love maiming Vandergrifters.” Venomwolf clutched a small, sharp knife as he hopped off a broken machine and approached Lucian slowly. “Why didn’t you bring a few more friends with you, dude? I love taking on multiple people at once, and Vandergrift men are so weak they’re practically women. There’s no thrill in fighting them.”

Upon speaking, his expression actually flashed with mild disappointment.

“Who said I came alone?”

Lucian smiled slowly. “I brought a whole team…”

Upon hearing the words, Venomwolf’s face flashed with surprise and joy as he licked his lips. “You brought a team with you? Have them come out for a little tussle, fair and square! That’s way more fun.”

“I’m afraid you might not be able to take them if they come out.”

Lucian shrugged, putting his palms out.

“Hilarious…” Venomwolf sneered. “The Wolf Mercenaries are the most perfect team in the world. No one has yet to beat us, and no one in Vandergrift is any match for us for sure. Got it?”

“Oh, you thought I came with a small team…”

“My team’s pretty big, you know.”

Lucian radiated an invisible murderous aura, one that made the temperature in the factory drop to the point where Venomwolf felt suffocated.

“Thump!”

Just as Lucian’s words rang through the air, a gunshot sounded as a bullet pierced through the window into Venomwolf’s right arm, spraying blood into the air at once.

“Argh…” Venomwolf cried out in agony, having lost his right arm and collapsing to the ground.

The Bl oody Wolves stood up at once. They were able to tell that the bullet that had shot into Venomwolf’s arm had been from a sni per. Lucian had come with a sni per to save Prince Ezekiel.

Before they could return to their senses, a series of rumbles sounded from outside.

A blank tank burst through the door, slowly rumbling over. The Bl oody Wolves were shocked at the sight.
