A Fallen Heir’s Redemption By ( Lucian and Freya ) -
Chapter 59
Chapter 59 Eliminating the Finnegan Family
Boom…
As they witnessed the scene unfolding before them, Marcus, Shane, and the others were struck with a sudden shock, as if an electric current had coursed through their bodies. Even Wallace, who was known for his cowardice, was so frightened that he wet himself, sitting on the ground with a pallid face.
The Grim Reapers were kneeling before Lucian!
“What the hell are you doing?” Marcus growled, his face twisted with anger. “Why would you do this? I’m your biggest donor, get up right now and take him out for me. Otherwise, the Gray family will never let you off the h ook.”
“How dare you threaten me??” Thanatos’ face darkened, and he grabbed Marcus by the neck and threw him to the ground. He shouted, “Marcus, listen up. The Grim Reapers can offend anyone, but we will never offend Mr. Lucian. Even if you the Gray family are at odds with him, we will stand firmly behind Mr. Lucian without any hesitation. What are you, Gray family? Nothing!”
“You, you, you…” Marcus was completely dumbfounded, never expecting things to escalate to this level.
Thanatos then pulled out a bank card from his pocket and handed it to Lucian, saying, “Mr. Lucian, this is the ten million that the Gray family gave me. It’s all in there. What should I do with it?”
“Hmph!” Lucian sneered and said, “Since they gave it to you, just take it. Don’t let it go
to waste,”
“But, is that really a good idea?” Thanatos hesitated, feeling uneasy about taking money from the Gray family and not doing anything for them.
“What’s the problem?” Suddenly, Lucian’s face turned extremely grim, his voice cold and piercing. “The reason why the Gray family of Sioux is where they are today is entirely due to my father’s efforts. Without my father, would the Gray family have had the chance to go public? Would they have had any hope of becoming a
prestigious family? It’s all my father’s money. Why can’t we take it? If I say we can take it, then we can take it.”

Thanatos was about to say something when Pesta lightly tugged on his arm, signaling him to take the bank card.
“Okay, then I’ll take it. Thank you, Mr. Lucian,” Thanatos said, putting the card in his pocket without hesitation.
Marcus was livid, his face panicked as he pointed at Lucian, who was approaching step by step. “Lucian, you ba stard! You dare to collude with the Grim Reapers against me? If you lay a hand on me today, the Gray family won’t let you get away with it!”
“Smack!” Lucian took a sudden step forward and slapped Marcus hard across the face.
The slap left Marcus dazed. As the eldest son of the Gray family and the future successor to the throne, he had never suffered such humiliation before. He covered his swollen face and bellowed, “You little ba stard! How dare you hit me!”
“Smack, smack, smack, smack!” Without a word, Lucian delivered several more slaps, turning Marcus into a pig’s head.
Enough was enough.
Marcus charged at Lucian, intending to engage him in a physical confrontation. However, he was no match for the Infernal War G od, and with just one slap, Lucian sent him flying five or six meters away. Marcus lay on the ground, struggling to breathe and on the brink of death.
“Finish him off,” Lucian said, his eyes narrowing as he chuckled. “Consider it my gift to the Gray family for their upcoming IPO.”
Thanatos nodded in agreement and approached Marcus.
“Please, no,” Marcus pleaded with intense emotion, his eyes wide open as he looked at Lucian. “You can’t do this to me. If you cr ipple me, the Gray family won’t let you get
with it. We are one of the Three Great Families, and we will crush you.”

Lucian sneered and countered, “Do you think I would spare the Gray family? Do you think they could actually go public? As long as I am here, the Gray family will never see the light of day. That’s my word, and no one can change it.”
“You’ve got some nerve.”
Marcus widened his eyes and couldn’t help but burst into laughter. “What a joke! Gray family’s successful listing is already a foregone conclusion. And here you are, shamelessly claiming that the Gray family can’t go public. Hahaha, that’s hilarious.”
“C rack!!!”
Before Marcus could finish his sentence, Thanatos immediately disabled him.
“Ah!” Marcus groaned in agony as he lay on the ground, before fainting.
“Please, Mr. Gray, spare us,” Shane begged, kneeling on the ground with a group of Finnegan family members like dogs. “We’ll sell everything we have and pay back the money to Mr. Gray right away. We hope you can spare us.”
“Why regret now when it’s already too late?” Lucian’s eyes held no emotion, like a fierce, heartless beast.
In front of Freya and her family, his gaze was tender, but in front of his enemies, he was cold and merciless. That was just how he was: he knew how to differentiate between friend and foe, and he was never one to show mercy.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t have become the War G od, nor would he have been able to shoulder the responsibility of defending his country.
“The Grim Reapers, listen up.” Lucian raised his hand and spoke with authority. “Sell off all of Finnegan family’s assets, and make sure they disappear from Sioux forever.”
Five minutes later, Lucian emerged from the Finnegan family compound with a cigarette in his mouth. Soon, the sounds of the Finnegan family’s cries of misery echoed from within but quickly subsided.
Soon, the Grim Reapers emerged from the Finnegan family and gathered behind Lucian.
Lucian snuffed out his cigarette and calmly said, “Spread the word: as long as I’m here, the Gray family will never succeed in going public. This is my challenge to them. If the Gray family goes public in five days, I will publicly behead myself.”
Within an hour, the message had spread like wildfire throughout Sioux, making it known to countless people. Many thought it was a joke and couldn’t believe that an abandoned kid dared to challenge the seemingly invincible Gray family. They

thought he was asking for trouble.
The Gray family soon heard about it too.
Inside the manor, Henry watched his disabled eldest son, his face contorted with rage. He roared, “Lucian, you have some nerve! Not only did you conspire with the Grim Reapers to disable my son, but now you dare to challenge the Gray family? Who do you think you are?”
“Grandpa, you have to avenge my father,” William pleaded, tears streaming down his face. “He disabled me, and then he disabled my father. You have to make him pay!”
Quinn, with tears in her eyes, spoke up. “Dad, Lucian disabled my husband. If you don’t help Marcus get revenge, I won’t be able to live. Lucian is a heartless ba stard who deserves to die!”
“Don’t worry. I’ll kill Lucian and those Grim Reaper ba stards!” Henry’s veins bulged on his forehead, and he crushed a walnut in his hand. “Five days from now, when the Gray family goes public, it will be the day I finally kill Lucian. Even if G od himself comes down from the heavens, he won’t be able to stop me!”
