No one is more loyal than Finn Jansen.

This is why Sage’s father took him under his wings, and why Sage transferred him back to her sidethree years ago. Hunter and Finn, both are her most capable and trustable assistants.

However, both of them treated her in different ways.

Hunter looks up to her as a boss. They were compatible as working partners, and Hunter was full ofpotential and capability. He won't stay an assistant forever, and she had plans to promote him in thefuture.

As for Finn, he took her as a sister, or even like a master. He was definitely loyal, no doubt aboutthat. But it could be blind loyalty, and he was often emotional. That's what caused him to leak hersecret to Jace.

Sage could understand, but she couldn't forgive him. Therefore, Finn must serve his punishment.“You have not settled your mission and completed your project, I don't need you here,” said Sagewith a stranger tone. “I need you to complete the task I gave you, and do your job. Understand?”“But, Miss Norah...” Finn was disrupted by Hunter and dragged out of the room. “I'll talk to him,”said Hunter to Sage.

Sage sighed. Is there someone who can solve her problems instead of causing them?

Moments later, Hunter came back and said he finally got into Finn's head and he went back to PosieCity. He observed Sage's expressions and tried soft-talking her, “Miss Sage, Finn was... trying to dogood, and not betray you. Please forgive him.”

Sage replied without looking up, “Are you trying to beg on behalf of him?” Hunter smiled wryly andanswered, “Finn deeply regretted his action, and blamed himself for being a blabbermouth. He evenslapped himself on the face. You're killing him for putting him in exile. Plus we need him now byyour side...” “You feel for him?” said Sage coldly, “If you did what he did, I will be sending youstraight to Africa instead.”

“I'm fine with that.”

Sage burst into laughter and said, “Get off!”

Hunter scratched his head.

"Okay, well, stop fooling around” Sage said as she passed a bag of documents to Hunter, “These arepart of the projects managed by Braxton in Posie City. Get Finn to investigate if there are any hanky-panky businesses involved.”

Hunter agreed and said, “I knew it, you won't be demoting Finn without a reason. You should justtell him he’s playing detective,” said Hunter

“If Finn's the cop then what am 1?” Sage glared at Hunter.

“The Queen herself!” said Hunter.

Sage flew her palm over at Hunter but he dodged

"Go now," said Sage with a serious tone, “Braxton and Zane will be plotting against me after whathappened today. Keep an eye on them and report back to me if found anything.”

Hunter nodded and left the office.

Sage's phone rang. It was Zayne calling. She furrowed her brows and picked up the phone, and sheheard Zayne telling her his boss's shameless request.

Upon hearing the request for fish stew, Sage gritted her teeth and said, “Fish stew? Fine! You praythat he won't choke on the food.” said Sage.
