Sage understood Jace well, but she knew Luther even better. Her brother Luther never did thingsthat did not benefit him. Jace must have given him something he wanted as his attitude toward Jacedrastically changed. As for Jace, he's a man acting on a purpose. He would do anything to achievehis goals. Jace's current goal is to pursue Sage's love, and since he kept getting rejected, he wouldreplace another way at it. Luther fell into his trap and he might be in unison with him already. Sage's brows narrowed and stuck to each other. It was not that she could read minds, but she knewJace too well from loving him for a decade and being married to him for three years. However, it seemed like he hacked into the third-level defense system if he found out the

truth about her brothers.
