The flight from Salem City to Brown City took two hours.

Sage slept throughout the flight. Everyone knew that Dr. S needed to recharge before surgery, so noone disturbed her.

It was late at night when the plane landed. Sage walked out of the airport with her team. She wasstill sleepy and kept yawning as she walked lazily.

Sage nodded gently. “Yeah.”

Nigel chuckled and smiled. He put his hand around her neck and urged, “Let's go. Come to myplace. We've prepared a room for you.” Sage told Hunter to send the team of medics to a hotel.Then, she followed Nigel and left. Sage got into Nigel's car and asked, “Won't I trouble you?” Nigeladjusted her seat and fastened her seat belt. He asked her, “Why will it be any trouble?” Sage saidmeaningfully, “I don’t have any issue with it, but I'm worried about Sean.” Nigel saw her cheekysmile and was irked. He tapped her forehead and warned, “Stop thinking nonsense. Sean isn't home.He's on a business trip. When he left, he told me to show you around.”

Sage nodded approvingly and said, “Sean is the best!"

"What do you mean?” Nigel was annoyed by Sage’s response. He was jealous and asked, “Am I notnice to you? I even sacrificed my sleep to pick you up from the airport! You're such a heartless girl!"Sage was just joking at first. However, when she noticed that Nigel was seriously annoyed, shehurriedly coaxed him with a smile.

Nigel was not seriously angry with her. It was a rare occasion for them to meet and gather. Theystayed far away from each other, so they were happy to see each other again. Soon, they startedchatting chirpily.

The scenery outside the window dazzled as the car drove into the lively city with the neon lights thatwere bright as day, lined up with the magnificent tall buildings.

Brown City was a developing city. It was very welcoming with tolerance, equality, and infinitepossibilities. More and more young people choose to come here to work and style down,contributing to the development of the city.

Sage became quite emotional. “I last came to Brown City five or six years ago. Thinking back, it hasbeen a long time.”

“Yeah. Five years have passed in a flash. Time flies.” Nigel lamented time, but Sage felt emotionalabout something else. “I remember coming here with my parents.
