Chapter 763 Even though she had a movie harness on, Seth and the rest were still feeling anxious.Sage's face was flushed red, and right when she felt her neck was about to break, Sage lifted herleg, landed a kick between the bodyguard's legs, reached for the knife that she hid in her boots, andaimed at the bodyguard's eyes and slashed it open. Her movements were smooth and swift, with nopauses or hesitation.

“Ah!”

There was a loud gasp from the crowd of the crew that was supervising Sage’s scenes. Even Dylanalmost forgot how to breathe. Finally, the director shouted, “Cut! This is perfect!”

There was a moment of silence on the set.

Only Seth and Luther looked calm and unfazed.

They had seen Sage this way before, and there was nothing worth fussing over.

Even the stunt director almost forgot to put her down back to the ground. Sage, on the other hand,put away the swiss army knife. She then noticed the bodyguard that stood frozen in the sameposition.

"Hey dude, you okay? They got the scene.” The actor, who played the bodyguard, was too stunnedby what happened earlier. As soon as he returned to his senses, he reached for his eyes to checkthat they were okay. He then let out a deep breath as he felt himself breaking into a cold sweat.

He was terrified.

Seth and Lincoln were going over the scene they took just now while Suki walked over to Sage andsaid to the stunt director, “Aren“t you going to let her down?”

The stunt director came back to his senses and immediately let her come down.

"How is it? Was it too tight?” Suki asked concernedly.

Sage replied, “It's alright. However, it was tighter than I thought it would be.”

Suki frowned, looking at Sage’s neck. “Look at your neck. It's all red. Is it not painful?”

Sage had fair skin, and even just a slight press on her neck would leave red marks.

“It's fine. I don't feel anything.”

Sage then said to the actor who played the bodyguard, “Dude, you did well just now. The stunnedlook on your face was definitely on point.” The actor tugged at the corners of his lips awkwardly. Itwas not that his acting was on point. It was simply because he was really stunned earlier.

Without removing the movie harness, Sage walked over to Lincoln. “So? How was it?"

“It's terrific!”

Pleased, Lincoln flashed a wide grin at Sage.

The crew who had worked with Lincoln for some time were rather surprised as this was the first timethey saw how Lincoln was so expressive with his feelings to someone else.

He looked like a father who was proud of his daughter. Lincoln showed the playback to Sage andgave her some tips and feedback on her gaze and acting while Sage listened attentively. Theshooting went from noon until night, but Sage had never asked for a break in between. She wentfrom filming one scene to the next scene. There were not a lot of retakes as Sage was a natural.Even the stunt director was amazed by Sage’s persistence and determination. “Can someone pleaseremind me that Sage is actually the young lady of the Norah family? She's nowhere close to thosespoiled and entitled rich brats.” Lincoln chuckled and said, “She is from a rich background, but shewas never spoiled. Her mother had taught her well.”

The production crew felt that Sage was actually friendly, seeing how Sage was eating her lunch andsquatting on the bench with the other actors. Sage was more down-to-earth than they hadexpected.
