Chapter 844 Yoel shot a furious glare at Louis. “Why didn’t you tell me that Jace is here too?!"

"We thought of having you go in there to test the waters as neither of us dares to bother them. Butwe have a few urgent documents that need Miss Sage’s approval...”

“You guys just want to get me killed!” Yoel was furious.

Louis took a step backward, checked the time on his wrist watch and said, “It's already more than anhour, they should be done by now.”

“An hour?!"

Yoel's eyes were shot wide open but he then scoffed, “They spend so much time in there but theyhave only started kissing? The foreplay is too long, isn't it? Is Jace still...” Before he could finish hissentence, someone in the room grabbed Yoel by his hair and dragged him back into the room."Ahh!" Yoel shrieked in pain.

Louis subconsciously felt his hair. For some reason, he felt a tingling pain in his head too.

He immediately had a bad feeling that he too would be “smothered’.

With a darkened expression on her face, Sage walked out and reached out her hand to Louis.”

Louis immediately handed over the documents.

Sage reached out her hand again. “Pen.”

Louis quickly pulled out a pen and handed it over to her.

With his head lowered, Louis did his best to avoid meeting Sage’s eyes. Even the team of executiveassistants nervously got up from their seats.

Sage scanned the documents and put down her signature at the bottom before tossing them backto Louis.

“Let another uninvited guest into the room and all of you can pack your things and get the hell outof my office.” Louis and the rest of the assistants immediately lowered their heads. “Yes, ma'am.”With a loud bang, the door was closed.

Leaving those outside the room trying to calm themselves down.

"Sh*t! Seems like we've gotten in her way. It's been quite a while since I last saw her being thisfurious.”

“I might have to kiss my bonus for this month goodbye..." Louis scoffed, “How naive of you to thinkthat it's just for this month. You can forget about getting a bonus for the second quarter of thisyear."

“Huh? No!!!"

As soon as she closed the door behind her, Sage shot a deadly glare at Yoel.

"Where are your manners? How do you not even know to knock before you come in?"

“In sorry. I should've knocked.”

Under the heated stares from Sage and Jace, Yoel showed no hesitation in apologizing. Trying tosoothe the tingling pain on the back of his head, he grumbled softly, “You can’t blame me, can you?I don’t even know that Jace was liere.”

Jace seethed, “So you're saying that you can just barge in without knocking if I'm not around?”Even he was not allowed to enter as he pleased. He had to wait for Sages approval before enteringthe room,

Yoel glanced at him. “Who would've known that both of you would do such things in the office atthis time of the day...”

Before he could finish his sentence, Sage landed a kick on his leg. Yoel ended up hopping around inpain.

"Okay, okay, fine. Ill stop joking.” Yoel sat down on the couch and looked at them teasingly. “I didn'texpect that things would move so fast between the both of you. Are you guys back on good termsnow?"

Jace and Sage exchanged a look at each other. Their faces flushed red as they were suddenlyreminded of the heated and passionate kiss earlier. How did they even end up kissing?
