Alpha Queen
Chapter 10

Liviana’s POV

I howled in pain as I felt the burning sensation within me. Of course the bullets were made of silver.

I fell to the ground as the pain devoured me. That rogue b*st*rd. How fcking petty of him.

“Livi!” I heard Edmond shout as I fought to open my eyes. The pain was too overwhelming.

“Livi, don’t fall asleep!” Theresa said.

Fck it hurts so much.

“Liviana!”

I tried to see who it was.

Grey?

“Damn it, Liviana!” he cursed.

Why the hell is this man here? I told him to fcking go home already. What a busy body.

With that, I closed my eyes to rest.

“Liviana”

I looked around. It’s that woman’s voice.

“Where are you?” I shouted hoping she’d hear me.

“Here” she answered then when I turned around, a woman appeared before me.

She had long silver hair, pale skin and golden eyes.

“Who are you?” I asked but instead of answering me, she gave me a small smile instead.

“You’ve grown to be such a beautiful and strong lady and an amazing leader to your people” she said as a tear escaped her eye.

“I’m sorry but I don’t seem to remember meeting you before” I said apologetically.

“Of course. You were too young back then” she said with a hint of pain in her voice. Then a burning sensation traveled through my body and I dropped to my knees in pain.

Sht that hurts.

The woman approached me immediately and crouched down to my level.

“You’re bleeding” she said then I looked at my clothing as b***d started to show on my sides.

I almost forgot that I got shot.

“It’s just little wounds. It’ll heal in time” I lied. It was a different case since it’s silver. I’m actually in the verge of death.

Another tear fell from her eye as she looked at me in worry.

“I’ll be fine” I lied again. I didn’t actually know if I’ll be fine.

It really hurts so bad.

“Let me see” she said. I hesitated but then nodded anyway. She took a peek at my wounds but I looked away so I wouldn’t see how bad it is.

“Do you think it will scar badly? If so, that would really suck” I said chuckling.

“Then let me help you with that” she suddenly said.

“How?” I asked curiously.

At that moment, I screamed in pain as she placed her hands on my wounds and everything lit up before my eyes.

I gasped waking up.

Grey came to my side, worry written all over his face.

Instead of paying attention to him, I removed the blanket covering me and looked at where my wounds were.

My eyes widened.

No wounds or scars.

I looked at Grey in shock and he looked as surprised as I was.

“Your wounds…they’re gone” he said stunned.

“No scar either” I said confused.

It must have been because of that woman.

Then I snapped back to reality and looked around. I wasn’t anywhere near my room or the pack house or the pack hospital.

“Where am I?” I asked looking around the room.

“At my place. I brought you here to get treated by our doctor” he explained.

“Edmond and Theresa. Where are they?” I suddenly remembered.

“They’re okay. You took all the damage, you should worry about yourself” he told me. I sighed in relief.

Thank the goddess.

“Thank you for treating me but I think I should go back now” I said and attempted to stand up but Grey caught my hand and pulled me back to bed on my back pinning me.

“You almost died, Liviana. Can’t you just stay put?” he scolded me.

Then the door opens.

“So soon? I thought it would take more time for you to heal. I guess I’m wrong” we both turned to look at the twins who just came in and I pushed Grey off the bed instinctively. He fell to the floor with a loud thump groaning.

“Liviana, right?” Beau approached me. I nodded.

“I’m Beau” he introduced himself with a smile.

“Abe” Abe said. I nodded.

“And Cassandra” said a female voice and then came the girl they were with since the first day.

Luan stood beside them glaring at me for pushing him.

“It’s nice to meet all of you and all but I really should get going” I said standing up and gave them a bow.

“What’s the hurry? You just survived a near death experience a few hours ago. Don’t you need more time to recover?” Cassandra pointed out.

“I’m completely fine. Sorry for bothering you all but I need to go back to my pack” I told them.

“You’re completely fine? I doubt your wounds hasn’t even closed yet from those silver bullets” Abe stated.

“Actually…it’s really gone so I really should go now” I said. They raised their brows at me except Grey.

“Nonsense. Let me see” Cassandra insisted and I showed her where my wounds should’ve been. She gasped in surprise.

Grey came to my side, worry written all over his face.

“That’s impossible! How did you heal so fast?” she said in surprise. The twins looked intrigued.

“What? Let us see!” Beau said approaching me but Grey stopped them and growled at them to stay back. The twins frowned.

“I just wanted to see. You’re so sensitive” Beau whined.

“Since you already saw that I’m completely fine, please let me leave now. I really have to go” I said.

“Why are you in such a hurry?” Abe asked.

“Alpha duties” I said. The 3 of them looked surprised.

“Alpha?” Cassandra muttered. I nodded.

“Aren’t male wolves the ones who are Alpha?” Abe said.

“Well, you can say that I’m the first one who isn’t” I said with a smirk. They looked puzzled.

“Thank you really. Anyways, bye!” I said and ran off.

I passed so many guards before finally replaceing my way out. It was the middle of the night and I didn’t even know exactly where I was.

How do I go home?

“You’re seriously going to be the death of me, woman” I turned to see a frustrated Grey.

“Sorry about that. Anyway, thanks. Also, where’s this place? I can go back myself so no worries” I said. He closed his eyes in frustration and looked at me in disbelief.

“You’re really hard headed, you know that?” he said frustrated. I chuckled innocently and he just sighed then pulled me somewhere.

We arrived at a garage and he took out a car.

“Get in” he said opening the door to the shotgun seat.

I didn’t argue with him any longer. That’d be a waste of time.

We headed back to the pack house.

Sure enough, the guards by the gates welcomed us when we arrived there.

“Alpha, are you okay?” they asked worried when they saw me. I nodded.

“I’m fine, everyone” I assured them. They sighed in relief and we went straight to the pack house.

“Alpha!” everyone exclaimed in surprise when they saw me. I gave them a quick wave before turning to Grey to say goodbye.

“Thank you. Again” I told him.

“I’ll see you in the morning to check up on you” he told me. I chuckled.

“What an excuse to see me” I said and waved him off.

As soon as he was gone…

“Livi!” El exclaimed and wrapped me in a hug before bursting into tears. I smiled and caressed his back.

“Your Alpha is back” I announced with a smile.
