Livie

The sun slowly peeked through the glass wall behind us, making me stir in my sleep as I slowly woke up. I lay on my stomach, on top of Alarick with our legs interlaced. He was still sound asleep, but even then, he held me right around my waist. He sensed me move, making him tighten his hold on me. I couldn't help but smile. I lifted... myself to kiss his jaw, slowly making a trail of kisses until I got to his lips. His lips pulled into a smile, clearing his throat and turning his body toward me. "Good morning, beautiful." his groggy voice made his chest vibrate, making me smile. "Good morning," I replied, caressing his chest and placing my head down on his chest again as I hugged him around his waist. We stayed like this for a while, until the clock hit seven. Yesterday, he was already gone by this time. I was glad to still have him next to me this morning. It would have been awkward to wake up all alone after last night.

Last night! I am still sore by the way, but, my god! I see why the fuss now. I can really get used to the insatiable desire to be with him. He's amazing, and I don't just mean the sex, but him overall. All those crazy stories of him being bad and mean had me thinking the worse before I came here. I was scared for my life, for the life of the omegas who were sentenced to come here. The moment Skylat had said we were to become slaves, I thought the worse. I was steady to give up in life and face a life filled with more misery and dismayed. I pictured myself living the rest of my life in Alarick's dungeon or being mistreated. I figured by the life I had been handed in the Silver Moon pack that it would be worse here.

But I was wrong.

Alarick truly cares about his pack, and I can see why. They are so living with him, everyone is happy here that it makes me wonder if maybe... I might still be dreaming somewhere and I could wake up any minute. And if that is so, I hope I never wake up. "Alpha, Luna... May I come in? Are you descent?" We hear the voice of a girl as she opens the door softly. She makes her way, and I cover my body with the sheets, feeling a bit embarrassed by my state. My hair is messy and we are both still naked. "I'm sorry to barge in, we wanted to bring you both break-" she gasps, making me startled. Her eyes were wide Open and she covers her mouth as if she was shocked.

I look at Alarick a bit confused and then look at her. "Oh my god... Oh, my goddess, it's official. He, marked her... He marked her!" she turns around yelling, running out of our room along with the tray. I start laughing and then look at Alarick who sports an amused look on his face.

"What in the world is she talking about? Mark her..." I say, laughing, and turn to realize, I had marked Alarick too. In the middle of our lovemaking last night, I had drifted off for a second or so, feeling weird because Freya had been anxious, trying to merge through I guess. "Looks like our wolves are now joined, as well as us, sweetheart," he says, moving my hair out of the way and sucking on my neck.

I couldn't help but let a moan out as I felt the ecstasy of his touch. "What? Really?" I ask, surprised. I quickly get up, run to the bathroom with the sheets wrapped around me and glance in the mirror. I gasped seeing the mark on my neck. It's a feeling I can't explain, but it makes me feel all kinds of things. Good things. Alarick and I are now connected, and so are our wolves.

I can feel Black, and all the love he has for Freya and me, and I know Freya can sense them too. "Freya, is this for real?" I ask her, and I can feel her so happy. She jumps up and down, wagging her tail happily. "Yes! It's real, silly. Can you feel them? Can you feel Black now, Livie? I told you. I told you he was a good one. Oh, Livie I love him so much." she says, making my eyes water happily.

"We love you both too, baby," Alarick says as he comes behind me, wrapping his arms around me and kissing my neck again. I can't help but feel overwhelmed. I turn to him, wrapping my arms around his neck, and kiss him. He softly trails his hands around my waist, slowly gripping my butt and pulling me on top of the vanity. Before I know it, we're at it again, having sex on the vanity top.

This new position feels even more amazing, making me lose control as I feel my orgasm peek through, making me come twice. After we are both done, we take a shower together, which feels divine. The hot water helps soothe the soreness, but it stings a little. After we are done, we make our way back to the room and change.

I can't help but blush as we make our way to eat breakfast and everyone keeps staring at us with huge smiles, congratulating us. "Why are they making it seem like this is a big deal? I mean, girls get marked by their mate a;l the time, don't they?" I ask Alarick in a whisper as we walk to our table. He chuckles, nodding his head and kissing my lips.

"Yes, but it's not every day the Dark Moon Pack gets a new Luna, do they? You are our first Luna since my mom passed away, Livie. For them, and me, it's a big deal." he says, making me blush.

We eat our breakfast, and after that, he leads me to his office. It's pretty huge, and he has his sitting area with bookshelves stacked high with books. His desk looks fancy, clean, and very expensive.

"Take a seat. The professor should be getting here soon," he says, making my eyes widen. "Professor?" I ask, feeling a bit dumbfounded. "Yes. I told you, I'd look into getting you started on school. Now, your first task as Luna is fattening you up. So eat when the girls take your food. Next, you will be taking Luna lessons in the morning and afternoon. Then at night, you will be taking normal college courses and Professor Olivare will help you to choose what career you want to pursue." he says, making me smile from ear to ear. "For real? You're not kidding with me, are you?" I ask, making him chuckle. "Of course not. Livie I was serious about what I said. I want you to be fully prepared for anything. And I'm not just talking about training. That will come after. We need you to sharpen academically. I know you're smart, very smart, but I want you to expand your knowledge to the fullest. Whatever career you want to pursue, I'm here to support you."

"Alpha, can we... Come in?" One of the girls who had come from the other pack with me says, knocking on the door and asking for permission on the other side of the door.

"I told you, just go in. He's waiting. Come on, the four of you, make your way inside." Zane adds, opening the door and leading them in.

Alarick knew the two girls were nearly sixteen years old, but they were not allowed to go past eighth grade. Alarick was pretty mad when I told him. So, on top of signing me up for college, he has the girls return to school. He didn't want them to feel left out, so by night they would catch up on missed classes while attending with their peers during the day.

The oldest omega had to do the same. She would attend her normal duties during the day while taking private classes during the night, and her daughter was placed in school as well. Unlike Silver Moon who had to share schools with other packs, making us travel for nearly an hour, Alarick's dad had established schools within the pack. We had a total of two high schools, two middle schools, and four elementary.

The only thing we didn't have was college, but the professor, though he was human, was a good friend of Alarick. He made sure to register us as if we belonged to elite families and had private lessons inside our pack house. Each week, he came and dropped all of our assignments and books. We took all of our tests the day he came back and then studied, and did our assignments on our own while also attending virtual lessons online.

I had not asked the omega's what their names were until now. The oldest was Ana, her daughter Abigail, or Abbie for short. The two teen girls were Chelsey and Kassidy. Both girls were cousins, and both had lost their entire family. I was distraught by this news. But, Alarick was right. I doubted myself too much, but if Goddess chose me for Alarick's mate, it was because she knows I am capable of doing my job.

I'm putting my foot down. I'm going to do my best and try my hardest to become the best Luna this pack has ever had, and to make sure these girls are protected. I'm done hiding and coward away. This is my new life, my new opportunity, and I won't take it lightly.
