Leaving the cells we walked back to the pack house Autumn was quiet the whole way back here.

Rachel told us what she all knew about Gracie father along with how the Elfs could use Autumn for power and remove me as her mate. Gem said that it wouldn't work because their power isn't strong enough to break the bond with her true mate, but if they had found her before we boned then yes even though she was dormant in Autumn they could still manipulate the bond. I'm not completely sure on all of what Rachel said is true but it's still something to think about, plus I was wondering how she knows about Gracie's father,

Gem had no trouble getting her to talk the power rolling off her was enough to make even me submit.

Of course Rachel tried to not give in but in the end her wolf broke giving in to the wolf who outranked her.

Autumn was lost in her thoughts even still when we reached my office. She walked in going straight for the sitting area she sat there looking towards the window.

Her emotions were all over I could feel it though the bond she was worried scared and afraid.

Keaton and Zach came back with us and we sat by my desk.

"What do you think we should do about the Elves" Keaton asked keeping his voice low.

Rubbing my forehead leaning my elbows on the top of the desk.

"I'm not sure, But if Rachel's right I do think he will come looking for Gracie,"

"Should we wait, I mean maybe he doesn't know about her, maybe Rachel is just blowing smoke if he knew don't you think he would have been looking for her long ago?" Zach says as he takes a look towards his sister.

"It's hard to say if she is telling the truth Gem and Autumn haven't said if she is or isn't, I don't want to push her there has been so much happening in the last few weeks I'm worried she is over whelmed with it all. I mean she just found her wolf and got her hearing back after all these years, She should be celebrating not worried someone else could be after her now,"

"True, I say we wait and see if he shows," Keaton says looking between us two.

I agree plus I don't want Ariel worrying and upsetting Gracie, and then there Oscar he's become so protective over her he definitely is feeling the bond," Zach says as he looks back to Autumn.

"Alright as much as I hate to say wait, guess we don't have much of a choice, we all know Elves don't like being bothered by others so I'm not gonna send a message out to them and risk a fight, but Zach you do need to let Ariel know what we found out I don't want her being surprised at last minute,

"Yes Alpha, I'll do that now,"

He stands walking to his sister kissing her head saying bye she nods her head but doesn't speak.

"Keaton we need to have Oscar come in so we can explain what's happening I don't need him side tracked and losing focus he's the main protector of Autumn and Gem, If something happens to his mate he's not going to be able to focus,"

"I'll go replace him, I'm sure he's still out with Gracie,"

He stands walking out the door.

Once the door closes I move going to Autumn.

"Hey," I lay my hand on her shoulder walking kneeling in front of her keeping my hands on her knees.

"You alright?"

Nodding her head softly she lays her hands on mine.

"Why can't it just stop, I've never done anything to anyone and all these people are after me," I see tears building in her eyes.

"Hey, hey look at me," leaning up cupping her cheeks as she closes her eyes.

"Love listen to me ok, No one will hurt you or take you from me, I will protect you with everything I have,"

Tears run down her cheeks as she lets little sobs out. Scooping her up I sit down placing her on my lap wrapping my arms around her pulling her close to me.

She turns her body leaning in laying her head on my shoulder her hands fist my shirt.

"Shh Love please don't cry just trust me nothing will happen, no one will break our bond I won't let that happen,"

"Why can't they leave us alone, I don't understand what they want with me,"

"I'm not sure about that love, I don't even know if I believe all that she said, She could just be saying things to save her self, or to make us panic,"

"How do you think she knows all that?"

"That's why I'm not completely believing what she said, she doesn't have the resources to replace all this out, plus why wouldn't she just give Gracie over to her father or try to get him to help her,"

"I suppose you're right, But still I'm worried I don't want anyone to get hurt over me and I'm so afraid someone will take me from you, My father was almost killed by the last people who came for me what if this time you are injured I don't want to loose you," "Love there isn't a force on this earth that's gonna take me from you or you from me, I may have underestimated my enemies last time but that will not happen again, I will not ever make that mistake again,"
