A few minutes later, a beautiful petite young lady wearing an old fashioned dress and glasses that seems to be too big for her face walked into the office. She was none other than Teacher Lopez that Headmistress Moore was talking about.

"Miss Lopez, I want to introduce you to Miss Rose. She is joining our school and wants her to be in your class. Here, go through her qualifications yourself and tell me if you want her or not." Headmistress Moore said and handed a file of Rose information to her. When Teacher Lopez opened the file and saw Rose qualifications she was ecstatic. She is clearly looking at a young genius. Her skills exceeded all of her previous students. Be it in academics or extracurricular activities. This was a big blessing for her. 'Finally, heaven had taken pity on me and sent a genius that I can adopt to me.'

"Miss Rose is willing to take any test you want to give her if you're still doubtful of her skill." Headmistress Moore added, she had a slight frown on her.

"No, I will absolutely accept you in my class. Ayah...there is no need to worry about tests and formalities. From now on I will be your teacher. Call me Miss Lopez." Teacher Lopez quickly replied and looked at Rose smiling from ear to ear. She is positive that this is now her time to beat the arrogant Teacher Price in the National Exams. What else could go wrong with the young genius by her side?

At that time, she was not yet aware that this decision would change her life forever.

"Does that mean I will see you in my class tomorrow?" Teacher Lopez asked Rose who nodded her head.

"Thank you for time today, Headmistress Moore. I will be taking my leave now." Rose looked at Headmistress Moore.

"It's a pleasure to have Miss Rose as a student in our school." She nodded her head.

"I will also take my leave back to my class." Teacher Lopez also said.

Rose, the boy and Teacher Lopez all walked out of Headmistress Moore's office.

"So, where are you going next?" The boy asked after Teacher Lopez walked away after bidding Rose goodbye with a cheerful smile on her face.

Rose turned to look at him with a raised brow. He had been following her around all day and used her as an excuse to skip all his classes.

"Nothing else. I will head back home. Thank you for today." She replied. "You don't have to continue using me as an excuse to skip classes. You're a senior, it would be great to leave a good example for juniors like me. Have a great day, senior." Rose added, she bowed slightly at him before walking away without waiting for his response.

The boy just watched Rose's back

view and after a few seconds, he burst out into a fit of laughter. This was the first time someone had spoken to him about leaving a good example. "She probably doesn't know who I am." He muttered to himself. Earlier, when Headmistress Moore had addressed him with his surname, she hadn't flinched or acted like she recognized the name.

When Rose got to the parking lot where the driver was waiting for both her and Sophia. The moment he saw Rose walking towards the car, he was about to get out of the car and open the backseat door for Rose, However, Rose waved her hand at him, signaling him to sit

back in the car while she opened the door by herself and sat down.

"Young Miss, you're done already? Would you like me to drive you back to the mansion?" The driver asked Rose in a much more respectful voice. He glanced at Rose through the rearview mirror to see her expression. "When is Sophia going to close?" She asked and the driver quickly looked at his wristwatch before replying to her.

"That would be in an hour from now, young Miss." He told her.

"Then there would be no need for you to drive me to the mansion. It would only be a waste of time and energy for you, so let's wait for her." She replied, glancing at him back through the rearview mirror.

"I understand." The driver replied and smiled at Rose. This was the first time someone actually thought how stressful it was to drive around. 'The first young Miss is indeed nice and kind.' the driver thought. To him, Rose was really deserving of his respect and loyalty than Sophia who was just a spoiled brat.

"I hope you grab something to eat for lunch?" Rose suddenly asked.

"Yes, thank you for asking, Young Miss." He nodded his head before looking at Rose. "What about you, Young Miss?" He asked too.

Rose paused when she heard him. She couldn't believe herself as well, she was worried about the driver eating when she hadn't grabbed lunch to eat. It was during lunch time, she was busy doing the exam.

"I haven't, but I will once we get back home." Rose quietly answers and unlock her cellphone.

"Would you like me to get something for you at the nearest restaurant, Young Miss?" The driver couldn't help but ask with a worried expression on his face.

Rose raised her head. "There is no need for that, but thanks for the offer." She waved her hand at him and grabbed her headphones and placed it on her head.

The driver said nothing else and just stared at Rose for a few minutes lost in his thoughts. He felt like his Young Miss was a bit different than the young girl he knew a few years ago. In fact, everyone in the mansion could sense that Rose was different and the way she acted was more mature.

However, everyone thought that it

could be the fact that she had grown

up all alone without her family and that was why she had to mature quickly. It was the aftermath of being abandoned a few months after her mother died that had caused it and it was none other than her father's fault for neglecting his daughter all because his new wife and her two kids moved in.
