Her friend asked curiously again, "How do you know? You mentioned before that you had work collaboration with the York Corporation. Did Nash tell you?"

Stella looked at Miranda walking towards them, confirming that she was indeed very beautiful, fitting the description of "unrequited love." But back then, she had asked Nash in person, and he had said he did not have feelings for anyone. The rumors of them falling in love since high school did not hold up.

Stella composed herself and opened the car door. Just as Miranda walked past the car and heard the sound of the door opening, she instinctively glanced over and then looked away.

"Miss Miranda," Stella called out.

Miranda stopped and turned to look.

Seeing it was a girl, her guard lowered a lot. Now that her status was different, if she wanted to attract attention, she had to be approachable and friendly. So she subconsciously smiled and said, "Hello." "Miss Miranda, I didn't expect to meet you here. I'm your fan. I've watched your dramas, they're really good. You shine even brighter than Penelope!" Stella appeared very excited.

She had just done some research and had not watched any of Miranda's dramas, but a quick search online had given her a basic understanding.

Hearing such praise, Miranda was pleased. Penelope had always been her rival, and she wanted to surpass her. Plus, Penelope had always treated her poorly.

During their time on set, she had tried to be friendly to Penelope, but she never reciprocated, always putting on airs. Fortunately, her likable character had won over the audience, and her popularity was much higher than Penelope's.

Miranda had to maintain a facade of kindness and humility. She said modestly, "Please don't say that. Penelope is a talented actress with excellent acting skills. There's a lot I can learn from her."

Stella had not originally intended to interact with her. She preferred to associate with weaker individuals, but Miranda was an exception. She felt it necessary to get to know her. "Here's my business card," she offered.

Miranda glanced at it and said, "Stella Jasper, the representative of the Jasper Corporation."

She then looked back at Stella, suddenly recalling something mentioned during their conversation. "I think I've heard of you. Jasper Corporation recently collaborated with York Corporation, and Nash mentioned you."

Seeing that she knew about this and addressed Nash so intimately, Stella smiled and remarked, "Mr. York mentioned you. It seems like you have a good relationship."

Hearing this, Miranda's expression changed slightly, and she paused before saying, "I'm under Nash's management. We've known each other for many years, and our relationship is quite good." Stella was momentarily puzzled. "I also went to the same school as Mr. York. It's a pity we didn't know each other back then, otherwise, we might have been friends. I've also heard that Mr. York's relationship with you is more than just classmates. I wonder when I'll get to attend your wedding."

Miranda was shocked, then chuckled. "Don't misunderstand. How could I have anything with Nash? He's married already. I wouldn't dare. I still have some self-respect!"

"What? Married?" Stella had originally wanted to test the waters, but she ended up hearing the news of Nash's marriage from Miranda's mouth. Suddenly, Stella's expression turned even more unpleasant. Miranda quickly covered her mouth. "Oh, sorry, just forget what I said. Nash doesn't want me to say too much."

Stella was very curious and dropped the pretense. She kept pressing, "This is indeed news to me. Nash is already married? If not with you, then who?"
