She found herself in the ocean, struggling to breathe as she attempted to swim to the surface. But a massive rock pinned her down, leaving her trapped and facing imminent death. As panic gripped her, she screamed, "I don't want to die!"

"Wake up, miss," a voice called out.

Wiping away tears, she realized it was all just a nightmare. Her pillow was soaked with tears, and she was back in the hospital.

Fearing for her unborn child, she touched her belly, asking about its well-being. The nurse reassured her, "The baby is fine. Despite signs of miscarriage when you arrived, timely medical attention saved the child."

Relieved, she nodded gratefully. "That's a relief. As long as the baby's okay."

The nurse then asked if she wanted to inform her family. Looking around, she considered the situation. It was not the same hospital as last time, where acquaintances of Nash might discover her pregnancy. She decided, "Yes, please make a call for me."

In less than half an hour, Yvonne arrived, visibly anxious. "What happened? Why were there signs of miscarriage? What did you do?"

She explained the ordeal to Yvonne, recounting the events at the dock involving Stella's extreme actions prompted by jealousy towards Nash.

Yvonne was furious. "We have to call the police! This is attempted murder! I'll make sure she rots in jail!"

"But we both fell into the sea together. If she's dead, will it implicate me?" Nina worried, unfamiliar with such situations. The thought of facing jail time was daunting.

Yvonne persisted, "You're the victim here! We can't let this go. She almost caused you to miscarry. And Nash, he's unbelievable! With so many bad relationships, having just one with Miranda isn't enough. Now there's Stella, and she's even more ruthless! Trying to kill you! It's all Nash's fault. Where is he? Instead of handling it himself, he sent you. Is this how he treats people?"

The more Yvonne thought about it, the angrier she became. How could Nina be subjected to such danger?

Nina chuckled, "He's accompanying Miranda to an awards ceremony. She won an award today, so he'll probably celebrate with her. As for company matters, he naturally left them to me."

"What?!" Yvonne could not contain her anger. "I'm so pissed off! I want to tear those two apart!"

"Don't be angry," Nina said calmly. "I'm not upset."

"You're Nash's wife! If my husband was running off with other women, I would be furious!" Yvonne exclaimed.

"Do you know what it feels like when your heart dies?" Nina smiled bitterly. "I only truly understood that feeling when I was drowning in the sea. He'll never be by my side. He'll always be with someone else. Seeing him on TV with Miranda made me realize that I no longer expect anything from him. I've let go, for both him and myself. I won't care about how he treats others anymore."

"Nina..." Yvonne's heart ached to see her friend looking so pale, especially considering her emotional state.

"I'm fine," Nina continued to smile. "Right now, all I care about is my child. I'm scared of dying, and I don't want to go through this again. I'm done waiting for that divorce certificate."
