Michelle took the water bottle and smiled, "This time I'll succeed for sure. I'll definitely get a promotion and a raise. I've heard internal news that the chief editor position is opening up, and my performance stands out the most. The chief editor position will be mine. When that happens, I'll groom you two to be the next me, and I won't forget your contributions!"

"That's wonderful! Thank you so much, Michelle!" The two girls were delighted. Their prospects depended entirely on whether Michelle could ascend to the chief editor position.

Michelle made several calls to York Corporation again, using the same excuses as before. She did not want to wait idly anymore, with no results. Based on her past experience, she knew she had to fight for it herself.

After a four-hour drive, they arrived at the entrance of York Corporation's building. Michelle had also bribed the security guard, repeatedly asking, "Are you sure Nash will leave from here at 5 p.m.?" "Absolutely. Mr. York usually exits from the underground parking lot, but if he's in a hurry, he'll have his car parked at the entrance, and he'll come out this way. Lately, he's been leaving at 5 p.m., probably because there's something important outside. That's when you'll have the best chance to see him!"

"What's so important?" Michelle was curious, perhaps she could include it in the interview. "Is he in such a hurry to leave the company at 5 p.m.?"

"I'm not entirely sure about that," the security guard pondered, "but I've heard people say that Mr. York is getting a divorce. No one knows who his wife is. It's all just speculation. But about the marriage, that's true!"

"Mr. York got married?" Michelle double-checked.

"Didn't you know? Mr. York announced his marriage in front of the media himself. It even trended, but the trend was later removed. Maybe you missed it."

"Is there anything else you can tell me?" Michelle became even more interested.

After chatting for an hour, Michelle finally heard all these little rumors. This Nash was not as simple as she had imagined. She was even more determined to interview him now!

She had driven here in the morning, lurking at the entrance for four or five hours, and finally saw Nash's car parked at the entrance. According to the security guard, Nash's private car was a black luxury car. Glancing at her watch, she knew he should be coming out soon.

As anticipated, she witnessed Nash making his way out, trailed by a group of individuals. Michelle had never laid eyes on Nash in person before. While she had interviewed numerous entrepreneurs, only a handful possessed his unique blend of youth, stature, appearance, and charm.

Feeling even more motivated now, Michelle immediately got out of her car and walked up with a smile. "Mr. York, I'm Michelle Jacobs from the television station. Here's my ID. I'd like to interview you. When would be a good time for you?"

Nash was intercepted, frowning instinctively. "Didn't anyone tell you? I don't like wasting time."

Michelle followed behind him again. "We can schedule it at your convenience, Mr. York. An interview with you would surely make headlines, with millions of shares. Trust me..."

Nash was thoroughly disgusted by this kind of talk. "Get her out of here!"

"Miss, please step aside and don't block Mr. York's path!" The security guards stopped Michelle.

Nash got into his car without another word.

Michelle became even more anxious, afraid she would not get another chance to speak with him. "I really am from the television station. I'm not like those gossip reporters. My intention is genuinely to benefit you..."

At the sound of her voice, Nash suddenly remembered something. He turned his head, giving her a cold look. "Which television station?"
