"Let him go!" Nina saw blood at the corner of Leonard's mouth and shouted loudly.

She protected Leonard, which only fueled Nash's anger. He sneered, "So you care about him, huh? Let's see if I'll spare him!" and kicked him directly.

Leonard did not even get a chance to speak before he was knocked to the ground again.

Nina was shocked this time, quickly rushing to help Leonard up.

Nash grabbed her, shouting again, "You dare to care about him!"

Nina looked at Nash, furious, and shook off his hand. "You're unreasonable! Leonard is my new business partner!"

"Who would believe that?" Nash raised his voice. "He was just helping you, showing concern for your child. He even prepared things for pregnant women for you. If he's not the man, why would he care about you so much? Are you lying to me again?"

"When did I lie to you?"

"You didn't lie to me?" Nash's anger escalated. "You arranged the meeting with me, but you weren't there. What's going on with Michelle?"

At this point, Nina could not justify herself confidently. She admitted, "I used you in this matter. Let's talk about our affairs later. First, let's check on Leonard's injuries."

"You still care about him!" Every word from Nina hit a nerve with Nash.

Leonard was bleeding from his nose. He covered it and said, "It's okay. You two talk first, as long as the misunderstanding is resolved."

Nina was still furious and unable to understand Nash's impulsiveness. She could not continue the conversation with him. "Leonard, I'm sorry for getting you hurt because of me. I'll take you to treat your wounds first, and then I'll make it up to you later!"

"It's okay, I'll go by myself. Mr. York might have misunderstood. You two sort things out," Leonard said, assisted by his assistant as he left.

Nina was worried about him, but as she looked at Nash, she knew he could act impulsively at any moment. She stopped in her tracks, her gaze fixed on Leonard.

"Nina, shouldn't you give me an explanation?" Nash stared at her coldly.

"What explanation do you need?"

"Is this man the father of the child?" Nash doubted, suspicion clouding his judgment with every man he saw.

In her heart, Zac was the father of her child. Who else could it be?

"No!" Nina stated firmly.

"Your words lack credibility!" Nash did not want to be deceived by her.

"What do you want then?"

"You're asking me what I want, but what do you want?" Nash challenged her. "I thought you had come to your senses, yet you sent another woman to drink with me. Nina, do you have any conscience?"

Nina looked at him, seeing the fury in his eyes, so different from his usual calm demeanor. She replied calmly, "You're right, I have no conscience because I don't love you. So, it doesn't matter to me which woman accompanies you. Do you know why Michelle was there? Why did I lie to you? It's because I care more about my work. People act in their own self-interest. It just so happens that it made you give up on me. I'll stop at nothing, even if it means using you!"

Nash grabbed Nina's collar, his grip tightening, his eyes blazing with anger. "Do you know what you're saying?"

Nina stood on her tiptoes, her throat tight, her eyes stubborn as she struggled to speak, "I mean it, Nash. Stop wasting your efforts. I want a divorce!"

Hearing her resolute words, her eyes cold and unforgiving, Nash's fiery heart turned cold.

He released Nina, filled with disappointment. "Fine, I agree to divorce you!"
