"Nash..." Nina's words were cut off as the door suddenly swung open.

Zoe hurriedly walked in, her gaze landing on Nina with a hint of joy. "Oh my goodness, my dear, you're pregnant and you didn't tell me. You've made me the last to know! If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have gone on that trip. Tell me, am I the last to replace out?"

Zoe still held a suitcase, wearing a headscarf and sunglasses, looking like she had just gotten off a plane. Her skin appeared significantly tanner than before and she was carrying many things with her. Nina's words to Nash were interrupted by Zoe's arrival. Nina quickly sat up, calling out, "Zoe!"

Seeing Zoe, Nina was overjoyed, as if all the clouds had dispersed. Zoe dropped her suitcase and walked over, pushing Nash aside to embrace Nina. "My dear Nina, you've worked hard, carrying the flesh and blood of our York family. It must have been tough."

Nina hugged her, feeling either deeply moved or overwhelmed by recent events. She sniffled softly. "Why did you come back? You didn't even tell me. I've missed you."

"I wanted to surprise you, and also to check if Nash had been mistreating you!" Zoe said with a mischievous grin.

Nash looked at Zoe, his lips pressed into a straight line, and he moved aside instinctively. In the York family, Nina had always favored Zoe.

Not only was she open-minded and able to connect with young people, but she also treated Nina very well, genuinely regarding her as part of the York family.

"I'm fine," Nina replied, avoiding any discussion about her conflicts with Nash. At this moment, she was just happy.

"I don't believe it." Zoe took off her sunglasses and looked at Nash. "If you haven't mistreated her, why is she hospitalized? You dare mistreat her while she's pregnant? Just wait and see how I deal with you!" Nina quickly grabbed Zoe's arm. "It's because I've been busy with work and exhausted. Nash brought me to the hospital."

"What kind of work is so tiring that it exhausts my grandchild-to-be?" Zoe checked Nina quickly, then remarked, "You've lost weight. You're even thinner than when I was here. Nash must be mistreating you. Have you two divorced?"

Before leaving, Nash had promised Zoe that he would not divorce Nina. But seeing Nina's current condition upon her return, Zoe could not help but feel worried and suspicious.

Nina, as always, did not want to burden her elders with worries and replied, "We haven't divorced. Please don't worry."

With his hands in his pockets, Nash stood behind them, his tone somewhat indifferent. "You just got back. Why didn't you go home first? You rushed over here with your suitcase."

"I'm concerned about Nina. If she were fine, would I rush over here to see her?" Zoe turned to Nash. "How come you didn't tell me something as important as her pregnancy! I knew I was the last one to replace out!"

"If I hadn't asked where you were, I wouldn't have known you were at the hospital, let alone about Nina's pregnancy!" She had not been informed until she asked.

Nash remained silent.

"What's wrong with you? You have no manners at all. Can you even take care of a pregnant woman?" Zoe began scolding him. "I brought you some food, all prepared by top chefs. I packed it for you, just to make sure you eat well and take care of your health."

Zoe placed the many items she had brought on the table.
