Dane cleared his throat before replying, “Since you’ve extended the invitation, I’ll come along.

I hope I won’t be an inconvenience.”

“Not at all,” Andrew assured him, maintaining a modest tone.

Dane was starting to feel more pleased with Andrew.

At six o’clock that evening, Susan arrived at the restaurant and waited eagerly for Madisyn to show up.

She had selected a charming venue with a delightful ambiance, complete with the soft strains of live piano music filling the air.

Before long, Madisyn arrived at the restaurant.

After they had exchanged pleasantries, Susan asked with curiosity, “So, where’s your boyfriend?”
