The search began, and all eyes were on Susan.

“Do you think wealth makes you better and allows you to falsely accuse others? My friend might not be as wealthy as you, but she’s ambitious, she’s polite, and she wouldn’t wrongly accuse anyone! Why would they take my ring?”

If Madisyn thinks it’s necessary, we should let her check.

Though some of them looked at Madisyn with disdain, they reluctantly opened their bags too.
